Best thing to do if you are addicted and wanted to stop for the purpose of getting a better life than losing money, then you should try to look for some other activities or maybe you can do somethings out there, like maybe doing a trade if you still want to put something at risk, at l;east the risk there is lessen, one more thing you can do some sports, golf, Frisbee or anything that may consume a big amount of time that would be better.

I think there's the other way to quit in gambling if you can change your hobby just try to play any online games like playing dota2 or league of legends.. because i already tried it and it works fine for me.. i can control my self to do gamble instead i just play it in online games to control my self to gamble. but i can still gamble if i have some extra money to play..

I never bet in sports, oly when there are big competitions like Eurocup or the Worldcup, and also when there are boxing or UFC matches where I know I have big chances to win. Casino rolls are minimum for me those days, I make more money by simply buying Bitcoin and holding it.

Yep, this is actually a good idea. Divert your attention into something else. I know it may sound "simple" but im sure it will never be that "easy". You need to hold on to something to keep this going.

I guess you are talking about dice sites or any games that have provably fair, because is sports betting, the odds are good and have many option to bet and i think quit from gambling on sports betting is more harder on dice sites.

Because in sports gambling you can predict the outcome of the game unlike in dice sites where you just earn only at the beginning of your game but eventually will lose at the end. But sports-betting is still risky because sometimes when you bet huge amount for the champion, the underdog wins and that is very disappointing to happen.

That does not happen all the time. If you have good stats and good analysis of it, most of the time you can make good predictions and can win on sports gambling. So, if you can't really quit on gambling, then focus on gambling that can really make good profit if done properly. And stay away from dice, because those games don't make good money.
