Getting miner idle alerts mining on US.OZCO.IN. Miners are hashing away just fine and shares are being accepted it appears Just saying in case it helps or matters. CGMiner 2.11.2 on all systems.
Hoping I am actually getting credit though.. I should go look
I have been looking into the issue the last 2 days, and I have found some of the problems with it.. All shares are accounted for, just some major delays, and I'm still digging to ease up some of these delays. Just an update. I have found a few more ways to ease up the delays in the core of the shares accounting section. I do believe that I have gotten the idle worker notification issue resolved for the time being. Please let us know if there are any more notifications that go out when your miner is still working perfectly fine. Thought the issue was resolved for now, but apparently not... I just saw a few notifications go out again.... Still working on it

cheers Blaksmith just something of interest http://www.internetweathermap.com/maplatencies are rather high around USA atm and between USA and Australia - this will affect Ozcoin's site loading time as well as mining - this is just one example of things that are out of the control of pool operators

You may have gotten a few extra notices since my last post on this issue, but things are looking a bit more sane on the delay issues in the db. Cheers, Blaksmith

I found strange prevhash in logs of my miner 000000000000024707121ff9ca5ff5dde6edef1928a0d2369bebaceb7a7846a7 but I can't find any info about this block. Your pool provide this prevhash in works for my miner. Can you try to find any info about this block in your blocks history?

Thanks for your response! We are checking which mining node do you use - will make investigating easier if we know

bitcoind version 0.8.1 is available for pools to update Over the next 24 hours we will go around the mining nodes 1 by one doing updates, not sure on exact timing yet downtime will be kept to a minimum but as always I encourage miners to set a separate Ozcoin node as 1st failover

It's been good to us but everything has it's time ecoinpool servers cannot be patched without help from the author ecoinpool servers also make version one blocks block.version=1 blocks will all be orphaned soon https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=154521.0For these reasons getwork will be turned off on Saturday This also means merged mining of Namecoin will cease Please move to mining software that supports stratum or setup a stratum proxy to use mining software that does not support stratum Mining urls are listed on Worker page on site Thank you Graet

Hi Graet, can I still connect to Ozcoin with BTCMiner after the ecoinpool servers shut down? Not interested in a stratum proxy but would like to stay with Ozcoin if I can. Not sure if we would get statum support with BTCMiner/ztex anytime soon...

You won't be able to without a Stratum proxy. However, is there any reason you don't want to use one? I stopped mining on GPUs back in 2011, but I have 10 ztex 1.15x boards which run on a Stratum proxy flawlessly, starting just a few hours after Stratum was publicly revealed.

What is happening with stratum server? My miners have hiccup. Few times in last few hours I've been disconnected Thank god that cgminer can switch to spare server...

Under development Modular UPGRADEABLE Miner (MUM). Looking for investors. Changing one PCB with screwdriver and you have brand new miner in hand... Plug&Play, scalable from one module to thousands.

Is it safe to assume that any remaining NMC balances will be paid out per profile settings or would you like users to do something specific?
