I'm new to mining, I have one rig running 6 rx580s. I noticed restarts caused by the devfee being unreachable. I added the nofee switch and mined for 24 hrs nonstop. I'm using simplemining and these are my current settings: -wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://eth-us.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal $walletETH/$rigName -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport -3333 -asm 1 -mode 1 It's trying to go to us1.ethermine.org and can't get there. https://image.ibb.co/buhLxm/miner_rebooting.pngIs there something I missed? update: I found a reference to us1.ethermine in epools.txt. It was commented out. I removed the # and added my rigname and now the devfee will seems to be mining from us1.ethermine. But - I am still getting restarts caused by devfee. Now it won't mine us1.ethpool.org. I found this one in config.txt. I'm going to remove the # on it and see what happens. Am I the only one having this problem? Update 2 Well, fooey. That didn't work. It just restarted after failing to connect to us1.ethermine.org. I'm at a loss here. The only thing I know to do is to use nofee. At least it'll run steady. I'd appreciate some help here, I don't want to steal the man's work but with so many restarts it's actually more shares mined with the slower speeds. OK, I'm a hardheaded idiot. I slowed down the core clock and the memory clock - like several people tried to tell me to do. Now it works as designed. The restarts had NOTHING to do with the devfee or the mining software. Well, at least the next guy with the same problem I had can read this and try slowing down first - please learn from my mistakes. Sigh. Looks like I spoke too soon. I got up this morning and both rigs had restarted at least ten times in six hours. One of my rigs has no risers or expanders - all three cards are connected directly to the motherboard - so it's not bad risers. The same rig also has a 1200w power supply - so it's not a lack of power. Does it have something to do with Dwarfpool? |

On my rig from last few hours I am seeing that there are "Share found" messages but no "Share accepted". Last 15 minutes, there were saveral share found but no expected. And then I see this error : ETH: Received error: {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":4,"error":{"code":-32700,"message":"Worknotfound"}}

Maybe, it would be .5mhs at most, but I've had stability issues. thanks for your answer. 0,5 for graphic card is not a huge improvement but 0,5 ^ xxx cards it's fine what kind of issues? reboot pc? blue screen? I wanna mount 11 graphic card on my third rig now, so I suppose that it's a must to install 17.11.4 if I want to run them on windows os? is it correct? |

Anyone able to help. My Rig runs with 7 GPU's fine when i add the 8th one on, i get the following... GPU6, OpenCL error -4 (0) - cannot create DAG on GPU GPU 6 failed GPU6, OpenCL error -4 (0) - cannot create DAG on GPU GPU 6 failed WATCHDOG: GPU error, you need to restart miner  This is after i added the 8th GPU Win10 x64 GPU: 8x rx580's Ram: 4gb ddr4 MB: Asrock h110 btc pro virtual memory set to 16gb this is a new rig so all latest drivers |

Maybe, it would be .5mhs at most, but I've had stability issues. From my experience with it, only trouble. Zero difference in performance. Went back to beta driver, much more stable. |

got incorrect temperature 511, ignore
It has resurfaced and my miner always hangs as soon as the mining starts and have to do manual reboot
It's hardware-related issue, drivers report wrong temperature, usually it means that this GPU is not stable. Check its riser, OC, PSU. no. i think its 10.2 issue because i always get this error in 10.2 after downgrading to 10.1 (or lower) the issue never happened and mining continously about one week. |

Hi, my rig keeps rebooting every 2 minutes if I use dual mining ETH and SH. When only mining ETH, no rebooting occurs.
Can anyone please help?

Check your risers they be burned. Can also be PSU not being able to handle dual mining. Dual mining uses a lot more power and is very hard on your graphics cards. I stopped dual mining over a year ago so that my graphics cards lasted longer and I really did not see the extra power used to be much benefit in the long run dual mining. Just mine ETH and be nice to your rig. |

Anyone running Sapphire rx nitro+ 570 8g cards with Hynix memory at a rate higher than 25 Mh/s? I can't seem to get the cards to run over 25 Mh/s even when running blockchain drivers and with running 1750 straps or the uber straps. Hoping someone has found a way to make these things worth it. I can get the cards with Micron memory to run at 27 Mh/s, but can't get any more with Hynix memory. Looking for some suggestions.
Have you tried a different pool? On nanopool I only get 25 with my nitro plus. On nicehash I'm getting 28 Interesting. Thanks for the suggestion. |

Does anybody know what causes this problem? The miner starts normal, after 1 minute, the FANS of the GPU jumps to max. Then couple seconds later i get showered with the same error codes NVML: cannot get current temperature, error 15 When i plug the GPU's in another working miner, the GPU's work fine. I think it could be PSU or MOBO related then  |

This is the first time I've had this problem, and the first time I'm using 10.2. The terminal window stops updating, ethman turns red. And it just sits there. Hi! I bought a power meter recently, I have a 6x Sapphire RX 480 Nitro Plus OC 8GB rig, while dual mining (ETH+DCR) I’m pulling 1070W from the wall. I undervolt the GPUs with MSI AB 4.4.0 final version to -110mV and -75mV for GPU0. Someone could post his power consumption for a similar rig? I think AB doesn’t apply changes to voltage. Thanks in advance!
Note: "-dcri" value for DCR is 24. GPU´s "mclock": between 2100-2140 and "cclock": 1150 for all (BIOS modded with PBE, copy 1750 to 2000)

I will share my experiences with you. I am running 24 rigs with the same cards dual mining DCR and LBRY. I use Claymore to set my control parameters and all my machines run 970W - 1030W and I am getting 170-175 Mh/s on each rig. I run with cclock of 1160, mclock 2020 (doesn't seem to affect hashrate much but if set too high will result in cards going into open CL), cvddc of 870 and mvddc of 890. If you want to get your power down, lower your mclock by 50 and then 100 and see if it affects your hash rate. It most likely will not have a huge drop in performance, but you may see a reduction in power consumption. Lowering the mvddc has a big impact on power reduction efforts as well, and you can play with that to understand power consumption over performance. Also, running a powlim of -10 will get your power down as well with minimal reduction in performance. I am using the uber straps mod'd bios and August 23rd block chain drivers. I have to run ethi at 5 or below or the machines become unstable, and each machine has to be tweaked slightly to get it stable since no two machine act exactly the same. Most of these machines run for weeks without issue and only get reset when I update the miner or change what coin I am mining. I run DCR at 28 on the nitro+ 480s which seems to be the point that I get the max of both before it starts to slow down the ETH mining. Hope that helps. |

Hi, my rig keeps rebooting every 2 minutes if I use dual mining ETH and SH. When only mining ETH, no rebooting occurs.
Can anyone please help?
Using claymore-eth-v10.2
My config is:

Check your risers they be burned. Can also be PSU not being able to handle dual mining. Dual mining uses a lot more power and is very hard on your graphics cards. I stopped dual mining over a year ago so that my graphics cards lasted longer and I really did not see the extra power used to be much benefit in the long run dual mining. Just mine ETH and be nice to your rig. Set -ethi to 1 and your -powlim to -10 and see if it runs, and then raise the -ethi until unstable. It will prove if you are pulling too much power for the PSU. Not knowing your system configuration makes it tough to know if your psu is undersized. You should also make sure you are not undervolting your core clocks too much with a third party power manager since undervolting the core clocks will cause the system to crash and reboot, where as undervolting the memory clocks will only result in individual cards tripping out. One other thought, make sure you don't have a bad card |

That's about right with what i'm pulling with 6x of my Asus Dual OC 580s dual-mining eth and dcr as well, at -dcri 25 hashing 178 Mh eth and 4500 Mh dcr. |

Hello.
Need help.
i've got 8x1070 and 5x580.
When i start Claymore...
POOL/SOLO version
GPU #0: algorithm ASM
GPU #1: algorithm ASM
GPU #2: algorithm ASM
GPU #3: algorithm ASM
GPU #4: algorithm ASM
ANd the miner freezes and windows.
Tried to use 2x bat files one for AMD and one for NVIDIA (using -platform 1 and -platform 2 config)
All start but i get "bind failed with error: 10048 (port for remote management is busy, use different -mport value), next attempt in 20sec..." in one of the brands.
all i want is start all GPUs at the same time.
What could i do?
If i use only 3 rx 580 i've got no problem.
