Before purchasing enough coins for your own masternode, try asking the team for the premine addresses and their MN addresses. With the history of this group, transparency is an absolute must. You must be wary of people steering you down the wrong path to make their Paycoin holdings turn positive. They will fuck you to help themselves, just a warning.

The requirement for 20K coins was defined when the price of ION was initially 20 cents (one year ago) and the cost of the MN was 4K dollars. With the price of ION rising, the cost of an MN has doubled. The benefits of the Masternode can be seen at the ION Masternode Growth and Revenue website:

Unless you're actively cashing out your MN coins then all the revenue talk is nonsense. If everyone was actually cashing out then the price would tank immediately. Please stop trying to convince people that a MN is a good idea because it most certainly is not. It's quite obvious that ION is useless.

A MN has been a good producer of coins from day one when there was on 20 masternodes running. With growing number of Masternodes, there is still plenty daily profit(revenue) in a Masternode investment compared to the wallet or Ionomy staking of your ION coin.

Shark's chart seems to show that someone dumped a masternode or two on 'trex today and that pushed the price down ~20%.

Very good illustration of how precarious the whole situation is. ~7 million coins in masternodes hoping to make "daily profit" but it only takes one or two assholes to kill said profit for everyone.

Your thinly veiled bullshit doesn't address why the ridiculous level of inflation was implemented on top of the ridiculously large premine. Was ION not intended to be a successful coin? Now you have to rely on the "team" to be nice enough to keep holding that 75% chunk of market cap otherwise it would collapse. Lowering the rate of inflation doesn't remove those coins that have already been generated for no reason other than paycoiners' illusion that more coins is somehow better.

@suchmoon Again you are incorrect, the  block reward income on all Masternodes & Staking Wallets will change on Inflation Busting Day. Right now the biggest downside of the ION coin for investors is the extremely high inflation rate. In about 9.2 days, the first step toward "decreasing the inflation" will happen!

The new name for PNG is "Ionomy Card". They are used to increase the income on your Ionomy staker and give you extra lives & Electrons for use in the Ionomy games. The Card has a contract life of 90 days and can be applied to any of your Ionomy LTD stakers as a skin.
