I could consider to accept part of it in bitcoin. If more people start doing this, the better for the price and for the liquidity , and the lower may be the volatility in the future..
let's see the fact, we join signature campaign and we get salary at bitcoin. i think in future we will find more job avaible with bitcoin conected, of course the salary will be paid in bitcoin. currently there are several sites that provide micro job and you can choose to get paid with bitcoin, yes this is the step where in the future we will easily get paid with bitcoin.

Earning bitcoin as a salary depends on several issues. Is your employee ready to pay you in Bitcoins? At the same time, it also depends on whether the employer is ready to pay you in a dollar equivalent at the time of paying the salary. Otherwise, you might end up receiving peanuts when the price if bitcoin has gone down.

yup, this is indeed something will happen when they have not known the bitcoin. So we would be better off investing in the bitcoin than having to ask the employer to pay the bitcoin. The investment is more well done, because it could give emphasis against funds that we have

it's basically pointless to wait for employers to pay people in bitcoin. mainly because of the fact that not many people (non bitcoiners) are interested in it. too much work, maybe it's not even legal in certain countries, and so on. just use a fixed part of your salary to buy bitcoin with. that's much better.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?
Here in my country ( Philippines ) i don't know if they offering bitcoin as salary never heard it before or in my entire life in office if my boss really using bitcoin and ask me if i know about this i would say YES and if he offers me to accept bitcoin as salary of course im going to accept that in bitcoin market i can really grow that and the advantage of having bitcoin is bitcoin can make the value high and you can earn that fast.

This is the thing must be consider when you intend to receive salary from your employer as you said they must willing to pay on dollar equivalent of Bitcoin because if they pay only on fixed Bitcoin value then. It would be very risky since your salary would depend on Bitcoin price.

There is no difference if you accept bitcoin as your salary or in the since if the amount you will take as your salary will depend also in the current exchange rate. Let's say you have a $200 monthly fiat salary, you will still receive $200 value of it in bitcoin. Also if people has fixed spendings then whatever the current exchange they need to use their bitcoin salary.

Its your thinking but i will not accept that even i also believe in bitcoins and i believe it will grow up in the future for sure but for now we cannot spend bitcoins in offline world so there the problem comes we had to convert our bitcoins into fiat,so it would be much better if we accept our salary directly in fiat rather than bitcoins.

Unless you are not spending your salary but just want to keep it. Then receiving it in bitcoin is better because if you hold it, it will be more valuable in the future. For me, if I can receive it in half, then I think it is better. The amount in fiat, I can use for my daily needs. the amount in bitcoin will act as my investment.

You can ask for a small percentage of your salary to be paid in the bitcoin. You can save the coin for the long term.

If I were still living in Serbia, than no. If I were to move to some other, economically better country then sure. Just for the reason of the currency and the lack of exchanging it.

Nope, I would not accept it as my salary because its the bitcoin and I also have to convert it again what will cost me some fee's to pay other billings with the normal country currency. Its right now for me just not possible and also not very simple, I do not want this right now maybe in the future..

I already get my salary in Bitcoin with no problem what so ever. As for the price ups and downs it doesn't really affect me in a bad way instead I bank more profit Those who still get paid in fiat are the ones getting robbed every single minute as more paper enters the market.

No I would not accept it as my salary because the bitcoin is difficult to convert and you will lose money because of it, I think that its maybe smart for taxes or something but that is the only positive thing right now. I could not even do groceries than...

Yups bitcoin volatlity is the main reason that i wont accept my salary in bitcoins and yes i may take only 10% of my salary in bitcoin but not more than that because that i can use as investement but for daily living we require fiat money to spend in local stores, shops or malls where we cannot use bitcoins yet. The price instability keeps some people away, but it is advantageous to traders and speculators . There would be more adoption if there was less volatility though..

Yeah, inflation rate is too high and getting higher each year. Soon, fiat will be worthless while bitcoin will go on becoming more valuable. But not all are comfortable yet receiving bitcoin as salary because they are still afraid of price fluctuations.

With the current changes in price, and sometimes also considerable downtrend, I do not think that it's a very good idea. But I think this will find its place in a near future...

why not? if I get my wages + % to cover transfer fees + exchange fees and it is paid in bitcoins at the current going price I would be quite happy to spend some 20 minutes to exchange bitcoins to fiat money and have additional profit (remember the employer pays me extra to compensate me for the hassle) but the times when bitcoin is used to pay wages are very far away,if ever realistic it would require a completely different kind of tax documentation, changes in legislation, change of mentality after all although some smaller companies could introduce btc as their currency to pay salaries,I don't see it becomes mainstream in the near future
