Since Atlas's departure, is there anyone that whitelists the n00bs?
Yeah, but it's mostly just me, now.

I have been a miner for 5-6 months now and been a bitcoin user since Feb. last year.
I have a pretty specific question for the "Mining Support" forum and don't really want to post it in the Newbie forum.   Smiley

Thank you,

I am based in the UK, currently have over 300 bit-coins and would like to discuss some eCommerce projects I am working on, retail and such.

Also want to discuss economics, speculation and market analysis in appropriative forum sections.

I am a new member, but I have followed to rise and fall of bitcoin for some time now.

I am very interconnected with the community, not in the speculative way.  I have followed these forums for 6 months now and have 2 bitcoin miners.  One with two 6870's and one with three 6950's which have been bumped to 6970's.  This brings me a total of 1.5Ghz speed.

I love bitcoin and have invested a sizable sum of my worth into the idea.  My lovebitcoins.org user is Kyle Austin and was the second personal member on that account, which I believe is being run by bitpay.

Long live bitcoin.

Hey, I'd like to be whitelisted.

I jumped on the bitcoin boat back around when it was somewhat interesting to mine with my laptop. =P I'm still in school so I don't really have the time/money to dedicate to building a rig.  My main reason for wanting to be whitelisted is so that I can participate in pirateat40's business.  I'm very interested in bitcoin investments and I love reading about people's speculation on the market. I wish ExchB didn't have to shut down - their cash deposit feature was extremely convenient.

Thanks!

Hello,

I would like to be whitelisted so I can reply in the gambling forum regarding btcontilt.  I personally have lost 50+ bitcoins and would like to include my story to help warn others not to deposit there.  I have posted in the newbie section regarding this, but am unable to post where it would count the most.

Thank You

I'd also like to be whitelisted, I have got some pretty specific questions/comments about bitcoin trading and the use of the mtgox API that don't belong in the newbies forum.
I own bitcoins for several months so far and have a self developed mtgox trading bot up and running.
Thanks in advance

I would also like to be whitelisted. I understand why we have to go through these limitations and am trying to tolerate them in the meantime, but I do have some good ideas to contribute to the discussions here.

Hi,

I had made a few posts before these restrictions were put into place, which I hope were helpful and a good thing for this forum.

I believe this post will be #5, and should put me over the threshold to lift the restriction.

If I still need to be whitelisted, see my other posts.

Thanks.

Hi there, I'm keen on getting involved in the community a little more so would like to be added to the whitelist, after dabbling in mining I decided to start trading. My balance currently sits at just over 100btc.

As per my post here (which hasn't received much valuable response in the Newbie forum)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=57240.0

I would like to get involved more seriously into your trading forums and in particular participate in discussions with anybody who has implemented an automated bitcoin trading system.

Thanks

I am asking to be whitelisted to answer a question in the realtime sierra chart thread over in the bitcoin trading discussion.  The question was asked on Jan 8th 2012 at 3(pm?) and the answer is to go to run and type "cmd" then navigate("cd c:\downloads" for example) to the directory that contains the "sierrachartfeed-0.4.exe" and run it by typing the exe name and hitting enter.  Just double clicking the exe file wont work as you saw.  I just got everything up and running myself.  If someone wants to be a good samaritan and post this reply while i wait to be whitelisted that would be great!
