Since the election of Trump to the new US President yesterday, many questions about Bitcoin arise.
Will he promote Bitcoin and make it a breakthrough? Will he even officially ban Bitcoin? Will he make such a bad economic (and monetary) policy that Bitcoin will be seen as an alternative for many?
What do you think, what will a President Trump mean for Bitcoin?
What i know Donald Trump was made his altcoin ( Trump coin) i don't know is it will be updated after become a president or not and today he is busy celebrate his victory become number one in USA, he has much home work for american people than care about bitcoin. And we can not do anything except wait and see.

No way he would know about it yet he is already a billionaire. If ever he is invested someone might be doing it for him or it will be introduced to that guy not directly to him.

His election campaign was focused on the middle class white American, not the rich elite. He also focused his promises on "Americanism" ... keeping the jobs and the manufacturing inside the USA. He is not very fond of the Chinese, so I would estimate a guess that he would not support a technology {mining} that are driven by the Chinese. So I would be surprised, if he would support Bitcoin. On the other hand, it is Chinese dominated, but on the other side... it creates jobs... and he also promised that for the unemployed.

Donald Trump might try to either regulate Bitcoin and force people to pay taxes or outlaw all crypto currencies altogether in order to bolster the local bank cartels. Or if he is smart he might try to play both parties and collect Bitcoin taxes and appease the banks to keep them quiet. Whatever he does I think the price of Bitcoin will go up because the general population is worried about Trump going berserk on the immigrant situation so I guess the majority of people will keep part of their salaries in a digital form legally or illegally.

what should it matter anyways, i know it is US and it is a big country with a lot of noise but eventually it is just one country against so many other big countries like Japan and China and Russia who have been using bitcoin and have been big in using bitcoin so far.

But chances are there too that he would go for bitcoin, because he is a business man and as long as it is a good chance for him to get some profit for his nation and will be helpful, I guess he would support it but... this is what I'm being scared of, when Trump already has a knowledge about bitcoin and he already knew that it can be used for a tool of free transaction for a government that is not being covered by the law. This is possible to happen just like what happened to China from these past days.

Knowing Trump, with his desire to lower taxes and make Americans far wealthier than they have been over recent years, chances are he would support Bitcoin, not directly, but he would likely leave it alone. It would not be unfair to say that Bitcoin will likely remain untouched for another 4 years.
Also he wants to replace the Fed Reserve Note with a truly gov't-backed note, so that's something to watch for.

In my opinion, nothing really. I don't think that he, or his advisors, know or care about Bitcoin. They will have much bigger problems now than to think about Bitcoin. Also, Bitcoin is decentralized and internet based, so nobody can control bitcoin or make any law. So, I don't worry about this point at all.

Does not change a thing about bitcoins. Trump is very busy with different stuff and not promoting bitcoins. He has more serious matter to deal with rather than ride the speculations of bitcoin holders. Never heard of him speaking of bitcoin on his victory speech, so i think bitcoin is more likely the last thing on his list.

From the way President-elect Donald Trump think, I don't think Bitcoin will be an issue for him. His way of thinking now is how to make the US citizens earn and this is another way of earning clean money. Instead of earning the fast way but might end you up behind bars and please stop thinking "Government" will start regulating Bitcoin but instead help the community grow.

I think that Trump mean nothing to Bitcoin. Actually, Trump only affects FIAT money and other countries' economy. As the results, when Fiat goes down, Cryptocurrencies will rise, and crypto here means Bitcoin.

I don't get also why bitcoin price increase the day trump wins, this is so confusing but maybe I guess it is just pump of the price.
And as a businessman he will do it ecconomically for america as he said america will be great again. And maybe if I'm not wrong if he supports cryptocurrencies then its time for the bitcoin I guess.

Initially, we are seeing a Speculative Bumb in Price of BTC. However, Trump has asserted his main goal is to make America Great again. If he succeeds in doing so, this will cause the Value of the US Dollar to skyrocket compared to all other currencies & commodities including BTC. So Long Run Strong US Dollar means Bitcoin price goes down.

I think Donald Trump is associated with free trade and improved economy by most people. This of course would be a good thing for bitcoin, but I have my doubts that Donald Trump will be anything special.

Something you are missing out there is that the main attraction bitcoin holds for investors/traders is its speculative nature. So Trump really don't need to say a thing about bitcoin, he only needs to make the dollar either stronger or weaker and immediately we would see that playing out on bitcoin. The reason the price of bitcoin increased as Trump emerged winner, is simply because, people are sure to hold back from investing in dollar, until they understand where trump is headed. In that case, bitcoin, which fortunately is outside of government control, becomes a safe haven asset.

It's simple, just use your search engine and try for looking some news are containing about the trump mentioning bitcoin in his statement, if you don't. It's mean there is no anything about bitcoin at the regime of Trump in America.
If you see a lot of articles are saying will boost bitcoin? Trust me we just need an official statement by Trump and not about some speculation.
Or I can believe it about not trumps but the different plan by him was increasing the bitcoin.
