Hi agswin

Due to an unprecedented amount of growth in a relatively short amount of time we're experiencing a longer than usual wait time responding to and resolving your requests. This wait time has also increased the number of duplicate tickets entered on the same issues, further slowing down our agents ability to get to your request in a timely manner. We apologize greatly for the wait and we are actively training new personnel and streamlining our support system to better handle the demand.

You are receiving this update as we've identified your ticket as having not received the care and attention typically seen from Bittrex Support. We are grateful for your support and understanding as we work to improve our process and respond to requests.

** WE ASK THAT IF YOUR ISSUE HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SOLVED THAT YOU REPLY TO THIS EMAIL OR UPDATE YOUR TICKET AT https://bittrex.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/100827. **

If your issue has been solved you do not have to do anything. We will send you a reminder in a few days and if we do not hear back from you we will close this ticket for you.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we scale our support team to handle the increased demand.

Thank you,

Your Bittrex Support Team

Also subbed on reddit, hope for Bittrex coming soon that will be great.
Everyone is saying that there are to many coins right?

I have understood that they are being released slowly, does any one know how much is in circulation at this moment? Not everything right?

My understanding is that about 133-134 bil are spendable.
The inflation is very low indeed, and there is an upcoming reward reduce (since block 1,200,000).

It looks like large holders sell from time to time, but their coins are not endless anyway.
The question is: if you sell MOON, which coin will you buy instead?
Is there another coin which has a so great risk/reward ratio?

The up trend in crypto is actual.

Litecoin Nov 2013      53$
Litecoin June 2017    40$

The peak in Nov 2013 was temporary, but after that Litecoin has been getting gradually stronger.
Don't compare it to Mooncoin.

Mooncoin is getting weaker every day. Every day I check it on coinmarketcap.com and it's gone down 10 posts or so.
It used to be around #80 but now it's at #136.
That's pathetic. Mooncoin is currently one of the only altcoins that are not profitable. I invested in Dubaicoin and Mooncoin at the same time, guess which one made profit? Dubaicoin's value increased 10-fold and it's now worth $22.

Mooncoin  marketcap July 2016:   ~   $400,000
Mooncoin  marketcap July 2017: ~ $13,000,000+

So, what is that, about a 30-fold increase?  (change the lens and I can make it look anyway I want)

Good morning from Greece. Mooncoin's price chart reminds charts of other famous coins in their first stages. So, we are waiting an uptrend soon. It's possible with the news about the future (new wallet, Segwit, new algo etc)...

It would be interesting to watch something like this be added to Bittrex. It has the community & has been around for some time. After reading through it looks like the distribution isn't lacking.  Good luck, maybe the community might want to tweet trex + irc and get it's attention that way.

We have $17k volume (24h) at the moment..quite low don't you think? How to get that $1M volume again?
Any ideas? How about the news, could we have any status update concerning the development matters?

Many thanks in advance! Keep up the good work "Moon Development Division".  Wink

The people is also what's keeping the price down. All those sell orders (and also buy orders) keeping the price of Mooncoin locked. How much BTC sell orders are there at current sat? That's massive.

The question is how to reach a big market cap and to stay decentralized at the same time.
Unlike companies, it's impossible to control decentralized systems, of course, you can plan a road map,
but you cannot guarantee that common people behind a decentralized project will finish everything exactly when it's planned etc.
That's why there is no road map for Mooncoin. However, it doesn't mean that there is no development.

I am able to import privkeys from moonrush wallet via the Barrysty1e procedure, I have also importprivkey key in the desktop qt client.Yet there is no sign of funds coming in. My balance is still 0.0000, been syncing for over 2years, I have repeated this routine a million times and nothing seem to change.

If your wallet is not synchronised, it's impossible to see some funds,
(you can see the current number of blocks in the Debug Window). Say, if you created an address to which your private key is related - at the block 1,110,000,
and then transferred funds to this address, you are not able to see these funds in your wallet if it's still, say, at block 1,100,000 or earlier.
You'll see the funds immediately after your wallet (during the process of synchronisation) hits the block at which funds were received.
