What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017?

bitcoin in 2017, surprised most of us, it was only predicted to be around 2000 usd this year, however, bitcoin's volatility has proven itself to be unpredictable again, more than gaining a value of 4000 usd, we are now looking forward for the price to be around 5000 usd by the end of this year, still we can never tell, the price might be higher than 5000 usd at the year.for those who have hold their bitcoins before 2017, ou can see you have gained a lot of rofit since it more than doubled in price this year. we should all be thankful for that, i think it is safe to say that next year, bitcoin might surpassed again what we are predicting for its price, no doubt bitcoin is a great investment.

So now the main question is that will governments accept bitcoin on long run?

With more people getting into Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, the whole market has experienced a huge increase in value, making it attractive for any investor or trader in the mainstream world.

As Bitcoin continues to grow, governments would have no choice but to accept Bitcoin on the long run, as not doing so will leave them behind against other countries which do so, especially if such an opportunity would give them the advantage of earning more taxes. Most recently, Japan has accepted Bitcoin as a legal currency, and now Australia is looking into making Bitcoin an officially recognized currency within its region.

Nevertheless, this year has been a very bright one for Bitcoin and hopefully it will continue to rise for many years to come. If the pioneer cryptocurrency has managed to rise exponentially in value over the course of the year, then the next one yet to come will bring many exciting things towards its future growth. My thoughts about bitcoin this coming year 2017 is that the bitcoin organization will be more popular and enjoyable. And there will also be more active members that will register to the bitcoin. More enhancement with the bitcoin in the coming year 2017. And more incomes and funds will also be distributed among all other members and the other people who are using bitcoin.

I think before the year will end the bitcoin will be $10,000 per each. I can say that there is no doubt that the bitcoin will reach that kind of value. It is not impossible because we can see the power of bitcoin today.

Since I have just started this year in this community, I see where it has been before the start of the year up to now. From 1000 dollars it is now 4000 above. That was really phenomenal change comparing to your investments in banks.
What could have been the faith of bitcoin 2 more years from now?

It will soon increase even more. I agree to that. It might be used as a universal currency yet it will never be a substitute to fiat.

The longer this rise continues, the more interest it gets from outsiders. Is it in a bubble, perhaps but to burst a bubble, you need something really bad to happen such as another GOX type scenario. BTC-E went down a few weeks ago and the honey badger rolled on without a hitch. There was a time when an event like that would send prices tumbling. I am not into price predictions because no one has a clue really. Just look at the start of this thread and look where we are now.

Well you are right based on the chart Bitcoin is still on a long term up trend in which it has it short falls and corrections but it also has the big upside. From below 1000$ of the start of the year we are seeing Bitcoin at its superior moment as Bitcoin is now above 4500$ and there is no signs it is slowing down. And I am with you that it will still continue to go up but I don't know what the exact price will be at the end I just hope its a good year ender for Bitcoin.
