In Nvidia Algo sigt gets error because the algo is selected as sigt instead of skunk

I upgraded to Tier 1 last night (Shows me Tier 1 in the plan page) The transaction went through and every thing but it has capped me at The "Free Tier" on my deshboard page? I sent a chat to you about it from my account through Minerstat as well.
