Today had the highest 1hr volume in Bitcoin ever ever ever.

I have a hard time believing that. What about Dec - like the 7th or so? Went from ~$13000 to ~$20000. On lower volume?

Bitcoin

That was  pleasant to watch.  Bitcoin has surged over $1000 to breakout over $8k on a nice hourly candle. Currently testing the support/resistance area between $7.6k and $7.8k.

Two random lines converge.

The huge number of shorts proved to be irresistible to some whale(s). Now it's downtrend business as usual.

Good morning $btc

We stood on a hill and looked downwards..

for those who want a quick review of pompeo hearing (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3309971.0) i did it myself... it's trashy, but very close to what I felt...

anyway, I think the short squeeze was the cia... anything to contradict? just pushing some OPM for fun Smiley.

sad and dangerous for those who masterfully playing the short side...

state actors should be banned from ALL markets, and with instant death penalty for any violation... because I understand that to make money to play with OPM and specially unlimited tax basis is fun, but for the beauty of the game, it's disgrace... why isn't state intervention tolerated in nfl but in all trading things, they are alwasy fucking it for at least one side (and that's generally the best outcome).

opinions?

I wanted a tattoo done in UV ink so it only shows under special light not in a business meeting

Well, that wouldn't be a tattoo then. A tattoo is commitment. Own that shit.

Very annoying post incoming.. ... .. .

https://theintercept.com/2018/03/20/the-nsa-worked-to-track-down-bitcoin-users-snowden-documents-reveal/

Quote
the National Security Agency indeed worked urgently to target bitcoin users around the world — and wielded at least one mysterious source of information to “help track down senders and receivers of Bitcoins,” according to a top-secret passage in an internal NSA report dating to March 2013.

I wonder if they were referring to mixers?
BTW does anyone know how to get a hold of the "Provider user full.csv" file?

You can get Cacti all around, they're easy to find, legal, and fairly cheap. Pure Mescaline HCl however is a different story. It takes quite some effort to extract it out of cacti, and I'm not sure that part would even be legal and hence drive up the cost due to effort and well, legality. It's still dirt cheap if you compare it to any other form of entertainment, but it's quite expensive compared to LSD or mushrooms. Roughly ten times more expensive. Which is still nothing if you consider the fact that LSD costs less than a movie ticket (while providing more value).

As far as LSD "building in the system" is concerned. It's definitely excreted by the body, so if we're talking about long-term accumulation of residue that's not going to happen. It's true that any death surrounding LSD would be due to the actions during the trip or other external factors though. You would have to try really hard to ingest a lethal dose of it and would probably experience a loss of self before you could even ingest that much.

And damn, I've known a guy who just randomly stripped naked in the middle of the street whilst on MDMA (and lots of weed). Never seen anybody start yelling at cars on a highway though. Whatever happened to dosing at home or in a forest though? Tongue

Thats what we always did to prepare eat an hour before and goto a Forrest or park. AFA the highway, I got split up and walked for hours before getting on the highway, another reason I won't do it again. My tolerance seems to go down over time so whatever the latest tests say I am far to susceptible to the drug to ever consider taking it again. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me, there will not be a third I have learned my lesson. I thought it was a safe amount of time that last time and I was wrong and I'm not willing to bet my life on what anyone else says. But like I said Mesc is another thing altogether. Smiley

True, but I never read that specific article and it named the file. And anyone that was surprised by this is living in a bubble.

Amphetamines (the common type, phenethylamines excluded) are extraordinarily destructive to the human character.  Bad stuff kids, stay away.
Meanwhile a 5 year old is being prescribed an amphetamine right now to improve their character.  Sad

Truly sad how kids are being destroyed by big pharma for profits, just as bad as them being locked up by crooked Judges for profit.

Speaking of Craig Wright, he just got rekt by Peter R.

WTF, Pythagoras theorem? Why would anyone believe whatever the fuck that retard said when he tried to use that as proof?

OK my poor skimming skills didn't notice that was a exaggerated example. DOH Cheesy

For the senior citizens, Canned Heat in 1968, "Amphetamine Annie".

This is a song with a message
I want you to heed my warning
I wanna tell you all a story
About this chick I know
They call her "Amphetamine Annie"
She's always shovelling snow
I sat her down and told her
I told her crystal clear
"I don't mind you getting high
But there's one thing you should fear"
"Your mind might think its flying, baby
On those little pills
But you ought to know it's dying, 'cause
Speed kills"
But Annie kept on speeding
Her health was getting poor
She saw things in the window
She heard things at the door
Her mind was like a grinding mill
Her lips were cracked and sore
Her skin was turning yellow
I just couldn't take it no more
She thought her mind was flying
On those little pills
She didn't it was going down fast, 'cause
Speed kills
Well I sat her down and told her
I told her one more time
"The whole wide human race has taken
Far too much methedrine"
She said "I don't care what a Limey says
I've got to get it on
I'm not here to just see no man
Who come from across the pond
She wouldn't heed my warning
Lord, she wouldn't hear what I said
Now she's in the graveyard, and she's
Awfully dead

One reason I never did Heroin.
Quote
Hand of Doom lyrics

Whatcha gonna do?
Time's caught up with you
Now you wait your turn
You know there's no return
Take your written rules
You join the other fools
Turn to something new
Now it's killing you
First it was the bomb
Vietnam napalm
Disillusioning
You push the needle in
From life you escape
Reality's that way
Colours in your mind
Satisfy your time
Oh you, you know you must be blind
To do something like this
To take the sleep that you don't know
You're giving death a kiss, oh, little fool now
Your mind is full of pleasure
Your body's looking ill
To you it's shallow leisure
So drop the acid pill,
Don't stop to think now
You're having a good time baby
But that won't last
Your mind's all full of things
You're living too fast
Go out enjoy yourself
Don't bottle it in
You need someone to help you
To stick the needle in, yeah
Now you know the scene
Your skin starts turning green
Your eyes no longer seeing
Life's reality
Push the needle in,
Face death's sickly grin
Holes are in your skin,
Caused by deadly pin
Head starts spinning 'round
You fall down to the ground
Feel your body heave
Death's hands starts to weave
It's too late to turn
You don't want to learn
Price of life you cry
Now you're gonna die

That's what makes the internet, and this thread in particular, so great. Can't wait until we can process even more information at once, with days seeming longer as a result.

Haha! quote from article: "Japan started seeking its own rare-earth metals after China held back shipments in 2010 during a dispute over islands both countries claim". Delicious.

Interesting article. It doesn't estimate how much it will cost to extract these from the seabed. It may be a situation where it is only feasible with much higher prices. I think Lynas Corp , supplies the Japanese market at the moment.

it's an HOT war!!! where are you living? and why? because soviets were forbidden to leave!!!! where have you been all this time?

again, the question is about btc pricing?

and what is the problem to remove all visas to russian citizens? they will get mad... no more la, no more nyc, no more florida, no more london, no more europe etc etc... very very annoying... worth killing a putin over this issue...
