bitcoin is on top as the most sound of the monies/assets
I hope you do not actually believe this. The "bitcoin as an infectious disease model" is correct. Marcus saw it and immediately got upset because he knew it was legit. There's a certain percentage of the population who is susceptible to the scam, then others who are completely immune. There will be no neverending 45 degree angle of adoption/growth because that's not how diseases work. Disease outbreaks come in and hit whoever they're going to hit fast and that's it. Look at the comment section of many of these Youtube videos. The amount of people who don't like bitcoin and refuse to touch it because they know it's a trojan horse to a cashless society slave system is enormous. They have no intention of giving up the human right of physical money, nor do they want all their transactions tracked and monitored like an Orwellian system on steroids, then have their account balance turned off by the state because transaction validators are designed to centralize and can easily blacklist you (just as Aaron Russo predicted). 'Acceptability' is one of the main components of money, and an enormous percentage of the population boycotts this garbage because they know the endgame of shitcoins is a huge negative to human freedom. It's 100% guaranteed to be completely centralized and controlled by the state in the end - an exact replica of the Chinese social credit score system, ushering in a new age of unfathomable horror. You need to be just stark raving retarded to support craptocurrency over physical metals once you realize the inevitable endgame.

"trojan horse to a cashless society"
Ahem, by all means we are a cashless society already. Thinking that this will move in the other direction soon with networking/mobile/digitalisation only just having started in earnest, is chasing dreams.
You're too late, bro. That ship has sailed (with Gold lost along the way).

The energy of the sun, stored as ideas, traded as value.
Metapost: I've been sorta-kinda looking into the idea of having my cremated ashes loaded onto a rocket, and shot into Sol, upon my passing. Rick will get at least 50% of my ashes, tho. Can't be done for less than ~$5M USD at this time - for the sake of argument. Then I think about how much that $5M could be put to use supporting my sibling's children. But what if they turn out to be "unworthy" of what I leave behind ? What if my nieces and nephews turn out to be complete degenerates ( hey you, stop snickering. I know what you are thinking) and don't deserve 50% of my estate ? First World Problems. EDIT: Also, depression has set in again. About to crack open beer #5. Bleh. What toy to play with next in my studio... Feeling kinda depressed too, probably spend £200 on drugs tomorrow. This time last year we were close to beginning an epic bull run which saw us nearly touch $20,000 per coin. I enjoyed spending all the free shitcoin’s from Roger over the preceding 6-9 months. I was living like a King, still got some of that crap left although admittedly not much. Just got to keep praying my solid HODL stash brings me great riches in a few years. In other news I got another new tattoo today. show the tattoo and lets hope your stash is going to make you a rich man.... i think every early adopter/ hodler deserves to be awarded for believing and patience and for beeing part of this NEW anti banking scammers operation. welth is on your way brother

For me, our failure to break away from the red long term downtrend line (so far) tells me we are still in a bear market. That’s all I need to know.
I have drawn a similar line but also there is support and some idea of a series of higher lows though the recent low broke below that trend. Also I dont know if that spike up was just noise or something bullish

I have drawn a similar line but also there is support and some idea of a series of higher lows though the recent low broke below that trend. Also I dont know if that spike up was just noise or something bullish I think this spike is because of Tether volatility. No timing in your chart so impossible to understand the exact time. İf this movement is because of Tether I don't think this is bullish. On the other hand, I agree we are still in a bearish trend but the trend is squeezing, the volume diminishes nearly every day and BTC is still above at 21 monthly EMA which is a strong support since more than 4 months. As a result, big volatility is coming and the BTC will choose a direction for short term. But even the probability of uptrend is higher than the downtrend (according to fundamental analysis), there is no way to predict the direction for short term. Of course for long term I am very very bullish.
