Looks like we're going to fall off a cliff here. Best to just get on with it, this slow grind down is tiresome.

the things is that given the fact that PlanB published his work, a lot more people is looking at halvening. Lot of more professional investors are now in the arena, compared to 4 years ago. So I would expect more people actually buying before the halvening, hence the post halvening bull run should be front run with a pre halvening bull run. So, next months are critical! You know that is what I would be thinking too. But the price seems to be going down? WTF are all these buyers??

Really don’t get why anybody would be selling now. Surely it makes absolute sense to wait until at least a year after the halving but maybe that’s just me.

It's daytraders looking for a cheap entry and a few long term investors who are still on the sideline. I personally will go all-in the moment we might drop to 7300$. My current Bitcoin allocation of 90% is not satisfying enough.

via Imgflip Meme GeneratorBtw..... one of my best friends is a salesman for BMW, yesterday they had an inspection, they asked where is the gender-neutral restroom...... They didn’t have one.... the guy said better provide one it will be obligated! Where the F*** are we going at Funny you mention that! Reminds me of this tweet I saw & sent my brother yesterday. Also fuck, I might need to see your friend (joking) but the electric handbrake broke on my Mercedes. I have to take it in Monday. Definitely changing my car soon. Only 3 years old & been in with problems 3 times. via Imgflip Meme Generator

Negative way of thinking: halving is priced in and there won’t be any rally for four years. Model has failed. Going to add this to my thread on SF model: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5191012.msg52690215#msg52690215

@fillippone - People suggested the halving was priced in before the last one (and I presume the first one but I wasn’t around then). I guess nothing continues the same way forever but we’ll definitely have a post halving BOOM again imo. My body is ready

Bad news is, we all have this sickness, buddhists call this part of our mind "the ego", which makes us vulnerable to hysteria. If we continue like that, crippling common sense, we will end up pretty bad as society.

Ran out of fiat.. Mining income barely cover expenses.. Hard times ahead. My coin stash will suffer. Sorry for the negativity. Real life doesnt help either. One of those days...

If 7700 doesnt hold it looks like a straight shot down to 6400 for a potential bottom to all this shittiness.

It might take a while after the halving but it’s like a domino effect, people start buying more than normal, noobs come in, institutional money flows in & it all translates into one big fat FOMO which sends us parabolic. This time I will sell some though. I was like a rabbit in headlights last time

Well, that's start and i agree with Aliant CEO Eric Brown's statement “ Adoption happens when you’re able to earn cryptocurrency, and then go on to spend it.” I would love and want to see this in reality. Let's say next decade or so, where i can spend my tiny stash just like Fiat with ease, instead of converting. Aliant to Pay Part of Employees’ Compensation Packages in BitcoinUnited States merchant services provider and payment processing firm Aliant Payments will be paying each of its employees part of their compensation package in cryptocurrency.
In a press release on Oct. 16, Aliant said that the offer reflected a desire that employees become invested customers in the shift to digital currency.

Poor fucks will have to interact with those sick people every day, like I have been doing for nearly 10 years...

got liquidated on testnet.bitmex.com because of my poor risk management. We need d_eddie to slap you upside the head Gyrsur so you will start to follow his system. Getting liquidated with relatively small price movements likely indicates that you are gambling too much with your BTC trading tactics (even if they are play ones).

EDIT: Master Eddie's system is very sophisticated. to me it seems like a combination of rules, experience and gut instinct. not easy to learn neither easy to adopt into some code.
