I plan on out-sailing the apocalypse, but am thinking about my anti-piracy measures as there is not much hiding in the open ocean. Unless of course you can pseudo-submarine your vessel just beneath the surface with emergency ballasts.

I figure isolated cold climates are best, as long as you can survive. In the meantime I hope there are enough radios/comms to keep a quarantine economy flourishing

The ocean is a pretty big place.   I wouldn’t worry about piracy if you are well offshore.

I used to have the perfect place to wait out this virus.

Then the Thai Navy got jealous.

Mate, you've lived a very unique life (so far). This post of yours made me sort of jealous TBH.

But you know what is really cooking my goose?

Fucking BCash.  Not because I don't/want it to go up, or down, or sideways.  It's not that at all.  It is specific to the situation it is in currently.

It's just that they make an announcement they are going to prove their centralized nature by adding a TAX to the mining that someone (The Bcash council?) gets to decide how to spen... Damn I can't even finish typing this it's so stupid.

But why the hell IN LIGHT OF THE FACT THEY ARE PROVING THEMSELVES TO BE A SCAM is the price going UP?!??!??

Someone please tell me it trades so thinly that it's being manipulated.

Because otherwise we have SO MUCH MORE stupid to weed out.  I am just so tired of the scams.

*EDIT*

What the actual fuck?

Seriously THAT can't be right?

It is sometimes necessary to remember that for the most part Humans are really just hair-less primates that still like to throw poo..just to see what sticks. We have what 500,000 years

of that for our entertainment. Now here on bitcointalk and elsewhere from what you say it is kinda the same thing. Monkey See, Monkey Hope'em.....this is the equivalent of tossing poo

and hoping it sticks...buy the most obvious sh*tcoins be it the CW cult or BCH and pray to the hope'm gods that all will work out. I suppose a person should be somewhat encouraged...

I'd guess a lot of the hairless primates tossing poo about and buying BCH are new kool-aid drinking newbies...but I'm afraid any kind of logic on anything crypto is usually wrong. Sad

Gents, let the party begin. Momentum is on our side.

$8971.9 (78.6%) is likely to fall. then next mark is the AYH $9169.5 (100%).

GO BTC GO!

We don't use Bitfinex in these here parts in order to make BTC price references... especially if we are getting into discussions of ATH or AYH or any other general attempt to gauge the relative location or health status of our king daddy   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Accordingly, current AYH happens to be $9,188.10   Tongue

EDIT: as requested.

Beggars cannot be choosers... so I accept your offer in its current state.   Wink

I already knew I would die before the last Satoshi being mined.
I didn’t realise I will probably die before the last whole Bitcoin is mined.
Bitcoin will survive me.

Deserts aren’t always dry, they can be prone to flash floods.  Camels are called ships of the desert because they are accomplished swimmers.

If you go to Egypt, you can see camels swimming in the Nile.  They swim into the mangroves to eat mangrove shoots.

Thank you. That clears things right up.

Years ago someone gave me another explanation that wasn't very nice.
