Interesting interview with Erik Voorhees, CEO of ShapeShift. Shares some of his libertarian views, the painful transition to KYC losing 95% of volume, predicts collapse of the debt bubble created within 3-5 years, 2020 Bitcoin rally, etc:

There is also the problematic nature that an investment, such as bitcoin that starts from zero is going to have pretty steep performance once it gets a value that is much above zero... So for example, maybe we could start measuring bitcoin's value in 2011, and bitcoin was valued in about a $2 to $7 price range for a large portion of 2011.

I was thinking Peter Schiff fired r0achie, and put an end to the meaningless copy-paste propaganda on WO, and took it on twitter.

Now how bullish is that?
They both know to their bottom of their hearts butts, that weee sooon mooon.

That almost sounded Chinese. Does it mean anything? Anybody?

(movie scenes)

Antonio Banderas?
What's the movie's title?

Checked out "Zombieland 2" yesterday. They quite managed to keep up the laughs, but the plot was far too predictable. At least the key scenes were still surprising and there is a hidden candy after the ending, in mids the credits. I'd recommend it to anyone with a good stomach, who also doesn't sleep alone afterwards  Grin

Or loading up the spring to bounce through $10.500? Alotta shorts sitting there, BTC will need much volume to excel.

Thanks, bro.
I actually LOVED it, i just didn't remember these scenes, must be over a century ago now!
It was all about the new receptionist, afair. Time to re-watch, must be on my NAS somewhere.

Bakkt's acceptance seems to be growing steadily, may be undervalued?

but then i figure if folks like me we not actually using bitcoin what good is it?

so, no regerts.

Fuckin' a dude.

If nobody uses said commodity for its intended purpose, it is indeed no different from a Ponzi scheme. I can't help but think if there was more people with your mindset, Bitcoin would have arrived to a greater degree within the mainstream than it currently has. However, it is doing just fine, so hodlers HODL on, if you must.

I'd be a millionaire by now if I didn't keep spending 0.1BTC here, 0.05BTC there on takeaways and stuff over the years.
I like to think I helped the cause.
Though in reality, it probably ended up in the hands of whales :/

Imo, hashpower will likely drop, though.
As soon as difficulty catches up, halvening could be delayed a couple of days.

Bitcoin Coders Confront an Old Quandary: How to Upgrade an Entire Network

The catalyst this time is called Taproot/Schnorr, a years-in-the-making privacy and scaling upgrade that's seen exciting progress recently, especially now that the code in the form of a "pull request" is being reviewed and tested, bringing a change first discussed years ago closer to reality.

For anyone looking for bearish hopium of re-testing the 200 Day MA around $8,900, there is currently an unconfirmed head & shoulders pattern forming on the 4hr.
Price would need to breakdown below $9,600 to confirm the measured move to $8,800 (approximately -8%). This pattern could easily be invalidated by a move above $10,300.

Bare in mind, we are above the VPVR point of control support at $9,785, with strong volume support around $9,300 level. Price medium and long-term remains bullish however, even a breakdown to $8,800 would still be bullish for me and act as a buying opportunity. Now the 50 & 200 Day golden cross has confirmed, statistically speaking the risk reward of buying the re-test of the 200 Day MA is historically very high, compared to simply buying the 200 MA re-test. Traders would lap up this long opportunity imo.

If there is a breakdown to the measured move, expect strong buying support around $8,550 - $8,950, where price previously consildated.

... whistle blower japanese infectious diseases professors visits diamond princess and is terrified by what he sees.

I can imagine this is how this will play out in many countries where bureaucrats are in charge and many layers of incompetency have built up to stop good people fight the war. Wearing PPE for bio, chem or nuclear is not all you need, there is training and understanding required to keep the clean and dirty sides separate.

would be important to know the present mortality rate among non-asians;

ACE2 cells are less present in these populations, this is already known.

for these cells, ACE or angiotensin converting enzyme, is the major receptor for the entry of covid19 in the human cell.
