I don't think so... the problem is that owning or transacting with russians simply means supporting the war against Isreal...

Transacting with russians is not the same as transacting with the Kremlin politicians and its oligarchs.

One of the sides might try to censor the blockchain itself, and turn bitcoin illegal. I dont know if this would be bullish or not, since during the China and Korea FUDs, the price dropped.

They have been producing a huge number of military toys that at some point need to be used somewhere: it looks like the middle-east is no longer a priority but as you say, the US debt is going through the roof. I'm sad to second your thought but a war could not be that distant.
