Creating a Bitcoin client that fully implements the network protocol is extremely difficult. Bitcoin Core and some of its derivatives are the only known safe implementations of full nodes. Some other projects attempt to compete, but it is not recommended to use such software for anything serious. (Lightweight clients like Electrum and Bither are OK.)

The polarity here and the unequivocal confidence that each party is 100% right, is amazing.

Bitcoin bears are right >80% of the time and still keep on ending on the losing side of the bet.

Just like all politics/economics/media,  then.
I would extend this to literally any argument that has ever existed.

This statement does not have an author. This is a widely known stock market
saying that is based on common sense and psychology of crowd behavior.
Reducing the bitcoin rate to $ 6,000 - $ 5,500 is a real goal.  Shocked

That is similar to financial derivatives and stocks.

Maths is always stacked against bears.

That said, BTC is in a Bear market, and you would not be wise to go long on leverage.

Can also get wiped out going short in a bear market, as rallies are sharp.

Good morning all

Now that the uncertainty is fading over Fool's day we can focus on the present and what the future may bring us. Bears are starting to grumble as the price has held steady around $7k. Most indicators are showing a bullish divergence that is taking us away from desired entry points. Just remember the dichotomy of trading..for every buyer there is a seller and vice versa.. When goals are not attained, bears must capitulate just as bulls do..
Just something to ponder imho.

This is whats going on. A liquidity pool is being filled, once that happens...Moon. Now this hypothetical pool might extend farther than what I have indicated but that is the gist of what I think the market is doing.
If you look closely at the volume you will see several large buys. I dont know how much more it has to look like a bottom to be a bottom.

this 'ol chart is really noisy now..but I am fond of it. This shows a desired bearish path but I really feel this option is fading by the hour. The little parabolic uptick I penciled in this morning is what I am most interested in atm.

Goldman Sachs: "Mr. President, tech stock technicals are rolling over. So we need to create some FUD so we can short and justify the selloff."

Pres. Trump: "So what do you need me to do?"

Goldman Sachs: "Eh, just attack Amazon with some trade war FUD, or something about unfair taxes. We'll do the rest."

Pres. Trump: "Ok. What about the other FAANGs?"

Goldman Sachs: "We've already got that covered. Already nailed Facebook with the Cambridge Analytica crap. Now we just gotta drum up some shit on Google, Netflix, and maybe Tesla. No worries, by the time we're done they'll all be in the shitter."

What's better than cheap coins? Those who sold high can buy back for the next moon trip, and the latecomers have their chance to get in at a discount. Bitcoin would be less attractive if it were stable.

It's a golden opportunity, and I doubt it will last long. All day its been wavering between 6xxx and 7xxx. In a few days any opportunity for 6xxx coins will probably be gone.
