There is a reason every nerd on the internet knows it. It's because it's a good show.

Lulz at whoever did this.

I assumed it was you, by the time I saw you flag the place up, it was already there.

Funny, whoever it was.

I wished that I were so smart... as to create such an eloquent quote.   hahahahhahaha    Wink

Low volatile = To The Moon Soon.

Looks like there is still room for lower volatility, no?

In other words, we have not seen green (which reflects the lowest of volatility) for quite a long time, right?

Yes, but not the fact. This table shows that price trends changing on the lowest volatile possible: Oct-Nov 2015, May-June 2016, April-May 2017.

So compassion is not really a factor here, right? Only a potential "threat" is a factor.

It’s one factor but needs to be viewed in a broader context, including threat scenarios.

The bit the alt-right completely misses is when the walls go up, most of them are so poorly educated and poor that most of them will be on the wrong side of the wall, and the wrong end of the sentry guns. By working to destroy social protections, the rootless, low educated, white males who are Steve Bannons troops are only digging themselves a hole.

I intend to be inside the walls.  But I would rather that there were no walls at all and we all managed to get along peacefully.

If the walls do go up, it is because we have made bad choices as a society and focused on ourselves to the exclusion of all others, enough to make those others desperate and dangerous.

Yet you're against peaceful relations with Russia. Walls might protect you from poor "low educated white males" masses, but they provide zero protection from nukes, you know.

The only kind of peace Americans can imagine is the one where the rest of the world 'bends the knee' Wink

Because anything less would be a disgraceful outrage.

Murica first!

You are correct and withing Murica it is family first as in the 1%ers families.
The rest is just last.

You can't hit the highway with a stash of cash in the car without risking the cash and everything else being confiscated.

That shit is the worst. And just imagine having silver and gold instead of cash. They'll confiscate it for sure.

Not only are the cops the tax collectors now but also the highway bandits.

I used to be very confused about Donald Trump until I realized he is the America most Americans actually want. Democracy is odd.

This is wrong, but I can see why you would think that as his supporters are one of the only vocal minoritys that do not get beat down and or forced into "free speech" zones where they are tagged and dealt with.

It's up to each country what kind of "free" benefits like healthcare they should provide.

America's health businesses have got it nailed. Not only do health providers charge the population, they also make the American government spend more than double per capita what other governments spend for the 'free' stuff.

That's an extremely impressive trick.

I don't think John Oliver is coming back to UK... nice HBO salary far outweighs the negatives.

That and he's an American citizen now.

Funny thing about profit? It can only be garnered by providing something the masses want at a price for which they are willing to pay.

Truth is, the cold indifference of profit-seeking enterprise is the mechanism by which the lowliest among us live better longer lives in more comfort than the aristocracy of merely a century ago.

In general, but it is certainly not a universal mechanism. The victims of the Bhopal disaster hardly lived or are living better, longer lives. Nor were the lives of many Africans in the hinterland of the Slave Coast particularly benefitted.

I was going to stop posting on this but seriously - you can’t  make this shit up.  Let’s just roll over and let Russian secret service agents intimidate and interrogate US state department employees on American soil.

Quote
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Wednesday that President Trump will discuss allowing Russian investigators to come to the United States to question U.S. citizens, including a former American ambassador to Russia.

Sanders said during a White House press briefing that Trump is “gonna meet with his team” to talk about the potential for Russian officials to question U.S. citizens like Michael McFaul, who was ambassador to Russia from January 2012 to February 2014.

“There was some conversation about it, but there wasn’t a commitment made on behalf of the United States,” Sanders said. “The president will work with his team and we’ll let you know if there’s an announcement on that front.”

For those who don’t get it:

Quote
6. Under no circumstances can the US government permit, or even contemplate, making those who have served the US government faithfully available to the spurious "investigations" of our adversaries. They owe it to past, current, and future US officials to uphold that principle.

8. This issue could not be more serious. Putin's political opponents often wind up dead. The idea of a former US officials being questioned, arrested, or, God forbid, harmed by Russia needs to be rejected forcefully by the Administration. Today.
END

If Bitcoin is going to live up to its full potential, we haven't even started yet. Just look at the internet halfway the 90's, you could not have imagined then what it does and impacts today (and still evolving).

Let’s just roll over and let Russian secret service agents intimidate and interrogate US state department employees on American soil.

Putin assumed Mueller investigators want to come in Moscow to interrogate recently indicted 12 Russians, so he said "I'll allow it, but you'll have to let our investigators do the same". Tit for tat.

But of course he's 100% wrong. Mueller got his PR moment, that's it. He doesn't need to prove anything. Why would he need to interrogate those 12 Russians? It makes no sense.

Mueller will never make such official demands, so what's the point of discussing Putin's pre-emptive counter-demands? It's all empty talk.
