@genie...you misread the word "NOW"
It meant a change in policy ...as in..."They now pay full tx fees, where as, they did not before"
(Granted is was a dangling modifier and poor English grammar but certainly unrelated to my nickname or math skills so let's be civil no?)
You seem to have that backwards I didn't misread that; in fact, I specifically addressed it... ...as in... "They now pay full tx fees; where as, they intentionally screwed their miners before"

...Look at the time taken for those two blocks, they are only 34min and 10min blocks.
with 3 EH as opposed to 150PH because math Then your sniping doesn't make sense, slush was very lucky on those two blocks, and the numbers add up. With 3.917 EH they should be making around point 0.138 BTC per minute. Or just over 8.3BTC per hour. In your screenshot they made over 25BTC in an hour. Thats the very definition of good luck. Not sure how your "because math" correlates to you having a dig at him with "And how's that working out for you?" regarding him switching to slush. Unless of course you were complimenting him on his strategy

...slush was very lucky on those two blocks...
My bad, I forgot that slush displays luck "backwards" in all positives. Either way, go back 35ish blocks before that to 71.24 %, 30.89 %, 41.70 % and 22.38 % (all in a row) and my point still holds valid that shit happens and slush is going to have bad luck runs where you're going to get runs that are less than "expected" there too. No pool can avoid bad luck and when it hits, miners will get "less than expected". Period.

Sure it takes time, but it takes almost no effort, and ends up being a fine meal. Might bring a red along as accompaniment for this block party then.

Yep slow roasting is the key to a fatty meat like lamb can be. Very little spicing . I will cook them for 6-7 hours at 220 f Salt Sage Rosemary A bottle of red sounds good with it.

My thread, I can allow the discussion to go wherever I like High protein, high fat everyday.
We have a local farmer's market where the beef farmer we buy our beef from usually responds to our request for a fatty cut with "people who don't eat fat don't smile."

So, oddly enough--or maybe not because I stopped watching the water boil (chicken or beef, take your pick )--I've found myself nearly at the threshold of the Top 10 Postponed users. (BTW congrats on the exponential growth since I've started failing over here) Preface: Let's say after this block, I'm then included in those slated to get a reward next time. Question: What change should I expect to take place to my HERP/DERP after the next block? Do one/both drop to zero and everything resets? Just curious. Thanks!

If your hashrate and the pool hashrate is the same and you've been here for 5N, then your herp derp remains the same and you get the same payout each block if you're in the top 100. If not in the top 100, your herp remains the same and again your derp keeps rising till above the threshold and in the top 150 again.

Looks like Halong is taking some miners off for shipping and adding new ones for burn-in. Let's see how far we trace back up w our pool hash rate. Maybe someone could order 1,000 miners for us so they have to burn them in. Just a thought for a good deed to do if your looking to do something nice today.
