what is best payout threshold ?
and what time of the day slush payouts i setup to 1btc lol..

It really only depends on your preferences. We recommend to set the threshold above 0.01 BTC so you don't have to pay any payout/transaction fee.

Payouts are usually processed on hourly basis, however the network confirmation may take longer.

I think what you really need is to calculate the expected duration of the pool to calculate the calculation power of 43.5% (about 23 minutes). If you have gone solo after a mean of 43.5% and have been alone for the average block discovery period (about 40 minutes), your average performance of your miner must still exceed the performance of the full-time pool mining. . Nevertheless, I did not do mathematics to make the expected payment of this strategy, so I might be wrong.

Have had three miners go down in the last 15 minutes despite running flawlessly.

There appears to be another issue on the slush side.

Give them a reboot. I had the exact same problem just a few minutes ago. After power cycling those affected miners they are back and hashing pool-side. I hope that East Coast Stratum server connectivity issue is not back - that would suck.

No issues reconnecting, but all three had the same thing happen. Not an issue on my end for sure, they were all running like a top.

Reboot solved it, but still not optimal.

Pool hash rate dropped under 3EH/s and now dashboard is not loading.
But miners seem to be mining OK
Pool is still Alive and not switching to secondary pool
Not sure, ut maybe just a dashboard server issue?

Has anyone noticed a reduction in payouts lately? (before the BTC complete drop out today.) Did the rewards change when the bitcoins halved? I run 18 ths and on average made 6.5-7+ coins. Now I make 5.2-6. With no THS changes. Slushpool added two days to my goal for some reason. Once again I made no changes it was slushpool.

Any thoughts?

You do realize that when the pool hash rate increases, you make less right?

I understand that, so you are telling me Slushpool isn't doing this on purpose? I'm just trying to get down to why it happened so suddenly out of the blue.

not sure what you mean when you get "6.5-7" coins per your 18TH...was there a period of bad luck on the pool? Remember the pool has to find blocks before you get paid, if they find less blocks...it takes longer to reach your payout.

6500 or 7000 satoshis per reward/block. I understand how mining works.

Doesn't seem so.   Slush's hash rate has risen, yours hasn't, so you make less per block.

Just to clarify, the rewards are only influenced by rising network difficulty at the end: https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

Pool size only influences short-term variance of the rewards, not the amount.

Looking for some help / recommendations.  I am running one 13.5 Th/s rated Antminer S9i on Slush Pool, Hardware version 22.0.1.3, firmware version Tue May 22 20:08:17 CST 2018.

My hardware hash rate is not matching my scoring hashrate on slushpool.  I understand that this will not match exactly because it depends on which are actually accepted by the pool... but my slush pool scoring hash rate seems to be all over the place.  Most often 1 - 1.5 Th/s lower than my hardware is showing... sometimes close to normal at 13 Th/s,   and even sometimes (rarely) showing hash score higher than my hardware 14+ Th/s.   It seems to swing up and down all the time, while my S9i stays right around 13.5 - 13.6 Th/s.

Attached is a snapshot of what hardware / slush pool is showing / chart history showing that its up and down all over the place.  Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to get a more consistent scoring hashrate on slushpool of near 13.5 Th/s ?

hardware screen, it shows 13k GH/S(avg) , but I am thinking that me be affected by the miner being down for some hours during this time.  The hashrates from hardware to slushpool not matching are during a set period of time that I watching both closely, so Slushpool had time to adjust to the hardware hashrate.  Thanks in advance for the help guys!  Grin BTC

Your daily average is 13.4 TH/s so that’s pretty darn close to right on the money. Scoring hash rate does tend to vary in real-time, but you should only really pay attention to variance from expected hash rate on the 1 hr and longer time periods.
