What do you guys think about the decapitated head hoax that was released about Eddie? Do you think it is a hoax or a death threat or simply some kind of marketing gimmick for Halloween?

It is obviously not real, because you can see it is a picture of Eddie's head in the bottle, but based on the hate that are spewed on the chat about Stake and Eddie, something like this can put ideas in sick people's heads.  Roll Eyes

@Kakmakr I never believed it not even for a second because I’m sure if something like that would have happened we would have heard from Stake directly but all I can say is that it was really horrible and posts like these should never appear again. Lastly I believe that we will get our answers when the time is right as Stake will be investigating this in the background and once they’re ready to share their discovery they’ll definitely update us.

Well as you said, you will create a separate scam accusation thread for it but as for me what you have done is already Scam Accusation, because you are accusing them that they scammed your $10,000 win. As the the support term declined your contact, you would have contacted the representatives of stake.com here to hear from them because they can directly discuss with the support term to verify your claim and get back to you. And if they no fruitful discussion then you go ahead and create your thread on their head. Follow the due process to get everything done.

In reality, this is just stake racially profiling me and refusing to pay me. I have been blocked from email support and live support for almost a year because they all hate me because I call them out on their bullshit.

Why don’t you read the convo below which happened a few hours ago. (I made a new account to message them, the agent had no clue who I was while engaging in conversation with me). Once he realizes who I am, he blocks me and stops the investigation.

He even says “hope they do the right thing” he can clearly see the bets we’re winning bets
But that goes out the window once he knows who I am.

Also, you should keep the conversation about your case in your scam accusation thread since posting double is considered spam in this forum, sorry.

About getting blocked from chat support, this has never anything to do with "racial profiling". You must have behaved toxic towards the chat support in the past and that's why they blocked it for you. I can speak from experience. I was also once angry and let it out on a support person, and then I got blocked. After a while though they unblocked me but it took quite a while and it was my fault.

I doubt they also blocked you from email support though, this always works. You stated yourself in the other thread that they made a statement about your bets. Where would this reply come from if not from stake support.

Open a case at askgamblers or some other 3rd party mediator. I don't know why you found this forum just to share this story. There is nobody here that can help you with that. Also you would get more exposure on for example reddit or the stake forum than here I think. The stake community there is much bigger and more exposure means more pressure on stake to make this right. If everything is as you say it is a clear cut case and you should get paid for sure.

I said since the support term rejected your contacts, you can contact the forum representatives so that they can present your case on stake.com site and I didn't mention anything like evidence and here you have mentioned things I have not mentioned and also insulting me on top. In my opinion, it does not matter how mad one is because something which happened in a casino or in any other kind of online service. One should do all the possible and never let the rage to fall on those who work within the customer support department. That kind of job is one of the most difficult ones to have, since one is supposed to deal with people who are constantly having problems with the platform.
The worst part is that customer support does not have anything to do with the management of software and does not have direct contact the game providers, so there is little they can immediately do to solve problems, besides helping customers/gamblers to go through already existing paths to solve their situations.

In a situation which a game provider did not solve a bug in their games, it would be highly unfair to jump onto and lashing out against a person who does not even have any power over providers. That is why I try to be calm when dealing with those kind of agents; we are not supposed to make their job more difficult; there are already enough bad people on the internet...

Can't expect anything good done by some people so much better to ignore those people who randomly accused a casino without dropping their proof since its a waste of time to answer such accusation since this will just be trash out once their representative will show their proof that the person who accused them about negative things is engaging with abusive act on their casino. That's also why for other unaware on some rules they should read their TOS so they can avoid something they are unaware from and don't became a crazy man pointing out their mistake made to the casino.

Also this might be the competitor's actions just like what you said so we can't really expect anything good to say since they usually spit some negative things trying to eliminate their competitors in the scene.
The best to do is to ask them  for evidences to their claims at thenpoint of creating them, this is very necessary to prove the legitness of those claims and what they stand for, sometimes, most of those claims are born out of shared grievances against the project and how they perceive them, but much more also we have to build a way around all of this crisis that may arise from aggrieved competitors.


So for us to believe and act on any accusations we first take the time to check them to know how authentic they are how they stand in most cases and how we approach them when they are posted.

That is why I try to be calm when dealing with those kind of agents; we are not supposed to make their job more difficult; there are already enough bad people on the internet...
Customer support is an outlet for most customers to release their anger, frustrations, regrets etc in literally every site/business out there which is something that will never change if you ask me.

Personally, I scold them too now and then whenever I encounter some site related issue, but I always stay within the limit which is what truly matters.

Actually, I have myself had some interactions with Stake's customer support when I was not able to access my personal account and while it was not a perfect experience, they managed to stay polite and professional until my problem was solved. Also, I do not understand how would anyone within customer support of any service (regardless they are s casino worker or not) could be racist against anyone, that sounds pretty much out of place for any profesional person dealing with clients/gamblers.

People here have already directed you on what to do if you have an actual unsolved problem with Stake, there is no need to personally attack someone who may not even have any direct responsability with your alledged negative experience, man.

And what did you say to them after this if you got blocked? Because something doesn't add up here, like a rest of the conversation would be missing.

Nothing in this post even remotely points to scamming, they were middle of investigating. And suddenly you moved to getting blocked and making new account?

Insults in your other posts and wild leaps to racism accusations make me think, that there's a high change you moved right to insults against the help desk after you got frustrated of waiting and got blocked.

Just a theory, but if you really didn't know, help desks aren't required to take insults. Any help desk will block you in a second if you start to insult them or give them threats.

Of course i understand the frustration, but if help desk forwards the question and you keep harassing the help desk, obviously you will get blocked.

People here have already directed you on what to do if you have an actual unsolved problem with Stake, there is no need to personally attack someone who may not even have any direct responsability with your alledged negative experience, man.
Agreed. I truly don't understand why he is specifically targeting Eddie in this particular case who I feel doesn't even deal with customer complaint resolutions though I could be wrong here.
