It is not a secret, Stake.us is treated/served like the first VIP class while the other is just business or maybe economy class only. Although we do not know what is the main reason why they do like this, but I think it is related to the overall volume of the activities. Maybe us players make more deposit and wager in average or maybe something else. Just like when there were random winner that drawn during 1M giveaways, most of the winners came from US. At that time I thought that it was pure random, but looking at current situation, I can say that us players is more special compared to others.

If US had more traffic and more profits/wager, why would at the weekly raffle .com have 15 winners and .us only 5?
It would be the other way around. Same for the bonus drops on the weekly stream where US only has a fraction of what the .com player base is getting, regarding on how many claims.

Not a big gap if you ask me, but the way how stake treat players between us and non us looks like there is a huge gap. For sure they have the right to do anything but I think they should serve all players equally. Anyway last week was my lowest weekly bonus ever since I joined stake. I received $0.08 only lol, an amount that I have never received even when I was bronze, silver or gold.

Mate, it’s been 5 days and I have not received a response or my money from my bets that I won fair and square.

It takes a human eye 2 minutes to review the bets, review the video stream and resettle my bets, not 5 days. Once again, like I’ve mentioned previously, this is simply because they don’t like me and racially profile me and that’s why nothing has been solved. I will continue to post this everywhere and file complaints everywhere until it is taken seriously. This should have nothing to do with who I am or who the person is that placed the bet. When I lose, you guys have no issues taking my money, but when I win a bet fair and square, I have to fight for my money. It’s nonsense.

Well, a big congratulations to you bud, and i am ultimately wishing you the best of luck in winning the ultimate prize in the challenge.

Unfortunately for me, slot games at the moment isn't really my thing, there are period i feel so lucky and very eager to try my hands on slot games, and there is other period when i just feel that playing any games that is slot related will mean me just wasting my money.

80x is a very nice multiplier, now, imagine that you had at least $50 bet on that game when you won with that multiplier, that would have been a sweet $4000plus, money good enough to start some really good business.

I'm not quite sure but as I heard stake.us players did not get post monthly bonus when we received the post monthly bonus on 20th.
If it is true, there is nothing to complain because it is just about timing when Stake send the bonus.
But if today post monthly bonus received by stake.us players is a 2nd post monthly bonus, there must be crowd complaints in the stake forum.

I'm not a fan of this kind of promotion. It's totally BS. You can't even verify how they selected or rolled the winner. I also noticed most of the winner has less than 100 followers and most likely using multiple accounts or just a props by Stake. Additionally, the weekly Discord bonus buycan be abused by a stake user with multiple devices or multiple discord accounts. Instead of discord bonus buy maybe they should add the funds to weekly raffle. Weekly raffle seems legitimate for me since I experienced winning one of weekly raffle.

For someone who is working especially on (online-support) agent. Yes, takes 2 mins for reading the case but how a company jobs-flow is not as easy like you think. In-company you have different department
- Support Agent (Live-support) handle for customer service
- Processing case
- Verification/data check

Most the time, it's different department and we forwarded each other for the case. It's not being handle by one man only, that's why in some company there has some term & condition. Most the case can be handle up to seven-day or in the worst scenario/issue could be up 30 days (or maybe without any estimation, in case the issue is really needed fully check).

Off course, you don't know these.

Just finally reach the bronze level after 2 days of wagering. I have 2 years old account but I only decided to play a lot here to reach the minimum VIP.



I’m not quite sure how the weekly reload bonus all about. Is it just the typical weekly rakeback distribution? Also does my wagering before my bronze VIP occur will be counted on my weekly reload on this upcoming Saturday? I complete the 10$ wager since yesterday and today game.
