I think it all depends on how much each deposit is and how he placed the bets. If you just go all in all the time than you can loose your money quickly. Maybe they also need to look at situation on BTC congested network since maybe this is a cost of delay on why the deposited amount didn't show up. So, what are you getting on with not being able to withdraw money from Stake. I mean I wanted to be open and more helpful than these people who suspect that you just lost, perhaps you really are having problems and Stake is quite responsive with customer issues. But if it was really just you losing I think you can’t blame Stake for that. The company’s literally a sports betting site, not a crypto-casino.
