Okay status is 1 sample paid for by paypal. 120.00 sample 50.00 dhl shipping 8.50 5% paypal surcharge 178.50 total due around fri 27th So what psu will you try with it. Looks like you need an ATX and you can not do 2 that easy.
You could use a server PSU for the GPUs, either a 1200 or 2400 watt depending on your needs, and an ATX PSU to power the motherboard and CPU etc... You can get pretty good quality Corsair PSUs for $20-25 after rebate quite frequently and they would be more then enough if combined with a server PSU.

Sorry to change the topic a little here but I'm hoping you guys can help me like you usually do. So I got my trezor and ledger nano s. I set them both up and transferred a tiny bit of coin into each one. After that I wiped them and I recovered them from the seed keys and they worked great. The problem here is that I set them up as segwit addresses which I figured shouldn't be that big of a deal. Here's where the problem came up. I wanted to set up a watch only wallet so that I could watch the balance of my devices without having to connect them every time. So I exported the xpub key and imported it into Mycelium. Of course in Mycelium both the trezor and the ledger balance showed up as zero. Unfortunately I don't think there are any watch only wallets that support segwit at this point. What should I do? Do I switch back to the old bitcoin addresses or should I try to wait it out until there is support for segwit addresses?
My watch only solution, without connecting the Trezor, is simply: https://blockchain.info/address/32oo5tk1RfTbndrUjWvHJ9yT3bb2EyQYkqThe address is on the Trezor and its Segwit - and I can access them offline anywhere. BTW, whoever you are - thanks for tipping the beer fund. I have 2 transactions already in that address.

I guess that can work but if I ever add additional addresses to the wallet then I would have to track multiple wallets and do the maths to add them up.

I am supposed to get it next friday the 27th or maybe monday the 30th.

I use this method with Google Sheets, it tracks as many as you want... works beautiful with exchange wallets also... because i profit switch 10 different coins with them setup to auto-sell on bittrex, i added animated color functions, so when one wallet has changed in value, it highlights the line to different colors to let me know which one is actively being used without needing to login to suprnova or bittrex to see check on balances. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=23422.0

I lately have been using server PSU's on all my past builds leading up to the hurricane. I was using multiple of the 750/800w Platinum units, i was finding them for $12-20/ea on ebay shipped. I just ran cables to daisy chain all of them together on the same rig, so the output is shared across multiple PSU's. For example on my 4 card GTX 1080ti rigs, i was connecting 2 x to PSU 1, then other 2 x to PSU 2, then ran 2 cables from PSU 1 to PSU 2 on the breakout board. If the voltages were a little off when under load i would open the case and adjust via the adjustment screw to even out the load more. so 1500w of PSU running 600-750w of load.

Since it's more of a savings account I don't really have to worry about checking and adding the change wallets.

Once coins went over. 6000 I sold 0.135 btc for about 789 usd. Just wanted to say I sold some for 6k Excellent day for us miners. I thought of getting rid of the R7-370s but decided not to.... every bit of satoshis the rig can squeeze out off Nicehash will go in higher in value with rising BTC. I think 6K is not the end..... BTC may drop around 5800 support but that will be a signal for BTC to test the 7K within 7-10 days.

That is true, I wasn't thinking about the 8 PCIE that would not be on risers. :/ I'm thinking that perhaps 2x 750-850 watt PSU with an Add2PSu adapter might work well for the 8 "normal" PCIE and motherboard. I don't know if we would even use the other 4 PCIEx1 slots at all, at least not at first. A single 1500-1600 watt PSU would be ideal, but they tend to be pretty pricey. I'll be watching for your thoughts on the mobo once you get to test it.

Powering up this small guy to test in the next few hours.... keep fingers crossed. Super interested in the results, I am assuming this is powered similarly to the Pandaminer, so the 7 PCIe plugs take in all the power the board needs, and route it the PCIe out plugs as well which can be used to power the cards, correct? This one is a little more confusing, I do not see any power inputs on this board besides the 24pin and 8 pin, so the Molex and Sata connectors are powering the 8 x16 PCIe slots as well as the 4 1xPCIe ? Thats a lot of load on just 6 power-in connectors for a board supporting 12 cards ... the older Onda 6 slot board needed 3 molex and 3 sata, so ina way one for reach slot. I'm not sure if PCIe slot power hungry cards like the 470/480 will work on this board. Also the Molex/Sata inputs rule out the possibility of a pure Server PSU/picoPSU kinda setup, so that kinda sucks. In any case you guys, this is thoroughly interesting, do keep us posted on your progress with either of these boards.
