Can not sleep because of difficulty of mind, income still less, and can not pay debt.

I've been through the same dilemma when I was in college. Here are some tips that I could share to you to hopefully help you go to sleep.

- spray lavender on your pillows
- drink hot milk before bedtime
- remove your TV anywhere near your bed
- don't watch TV late at night
- don't drink coffee before sleeping.
- go to gym or tire yourself out
- don't drink soft drinks before bed time
- de clutter your room
- use your bed only for sleeping... And sex!
- have sex with your partner before going to bed or touch yourself
- eat almonds
- don't force yourself to sleep
- read a very boring book or study calculus

We've all been there, and we will always find ourselves in that position, one time or another. It's a period of stress and discomfort. There's really no generic solution, but to find relaxation and happiness. The less problems you have, the more comfortable your sleep can be.

I think you can read a novel or listening to some relaxing piano music before you sleep or while you lying on the bed. I will drink a cup of hot milk or tea if I cannot sleep at midnight. It's quite effective, you can try it so you can sleep well. Smiley

I think you are doing some activities that triggered your mind to be awake. Have you eaten too much after six? Have you been to engage to physical activities 6 hours before sleep? Have you been exposed to ultra light like cellphones or day light? It keeps the mind awake and feels like its day.

Things you should do is that read a book, pray and expose yourself to meditation. Reflection throughout the day can help too.

sometimes we also experience such things, caused by frequent stay up with no definite purpose, so we will sleep more slowly. actually I think it is not something impossible to change so that we sleep more quickly but it takes a very serious thing to deal with them such as drinking lots of water and the opposite habit that you think is bad

Workout or run.
Running and working out helps you to sleep better, I've tried it and it works.

It might be exhausting at first but believe me after 5 to 7 days maximum, you will no longer feel the pain of the workout and running and you will sleep better.

This happens to me before. I have difficulty sleeping. You can try my suggestions, this works for me. Don't use any electronic device 2hours before sleeping, dont drink coffee 4hrs before sleeping, sleep in your comfy dress, drink water before bed, dont think to much and read books.

Avoid caffeine intake mid day to night. Caffeine is a stimulant. Avoid exercise 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Adrenaline is released during exercise. Read a good book before going to sleep. Use bed only to sleep. Dim of turn off the lights in your room.

Dont think too much when you are sleeping. Do things that will make you relax except using electronic device 2 hours before sleeping. It really helps for me to read books.

Just try not to use your phone before you go to sleep. I know it's hard, same for me. But you can better read a book or something.

Are you stressed out? Do you suffer from anxiety or depression? Or do you maybe have insomnia? I think if it may be one of those reasons, it is best to see your doctor? If you would like to try to improve that on your own, practice sleep hygiene and a healthy lifestyle.
