You should not think too much about this life, so simply think, before sleeping you should listen to a song and read a book. It will help you relax and sleep.

You should listen to music and then walking on the beach, back home and read book, i think you can sleep.

The first factor why people can't sleep is stress and overthinking, what you need to do is to clear your mind and avoid overthinking then you have to drink milk. Milk can help you sleep well, or you can read some novels that will help you sleep better.

Try to read a book a little bit before sleep. Also walking everyday like 30 mins before getting into bed helps

Try to drink milk, ans before you sleep try to clear your mind. Try to lessen your stress when your about to sleep try to meditate o remove stress. Because one factor of can't sleep is stress and overthinking.
