This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . my regular sleep 4-5am Only with doctor, because its always complex disorder.

maybe you are insomnia, insomnia is a sleep disorder, how to cure it ie 1. keep the diet 2. do not sleep during the day so feel sleepy at night maybe this is hard but i also insomnia and i am normal now

Try some work out, fresh air, read some books before sleeping. Wake up early in the morning, make sure to do some physical activity and walk before sleeping. That helps me a lot!

Maybe you can try to divert your attention to something that makes you busy before you sleep. I think making yourself a bit busy and stress a bit can make you sleepy. Or, better yet visit your doctor and seek his advice.
