I've had sleep problems for a long time, here are some things than have helped me :
-Turning off all screens at least 30mins-1hr before you go to bed
-Meditation can be good.
-Keeping your bedroom at a low temperature (18°C or something like that)
-Reading books
-Masturbating

Stay away from harsh light, electronics included. Blue light disrupts your body clock, fooling your body thinking it was still daytime and is not time to sleep. Drink lots of water may also help.

Sleeping isn't big deal. Just wait and your body and mind will be tried and you will fall. Grin

try to sleep soundly, wake up and do activities that make you a little tired, like thinking doing other things, at night you will definitely feel bored with your activities in the morning, I am sure you will be able to sleep soundly because you are tired. , maybe this is a little way to help your problem like sleepless ..

There's this app called Calm. It has sessions on how to fight anxiety, worrying, and of course, it also has sessions on how you can sleep well. The app helped me big time, I hope it'll work for you too.  Smiley

Try blinking you eyes very fast for one minute, it works. Also reading whiles lying on your back can drag you to sleep if you are having a hard time.

Cant Sleep Sad
So that your sleep is calm and comfortable you to commit to some things, which we call good habits of sleep, the most important of which:
Minimizing stimuli such as coffee, tea, especially in the afternoon, relaxing before bedtime and away from activities that require activity.

Sleeping problem occurs when you are suffering from something. Visit a doctor.
