Things worked for me (consult a doctor but in the meantime you might find something of the following to work)
Exercise only in the morning 10 minutes of meditation Install F.lux and Twilight Disconnect 30 minutes before bed, nowadays our brains are always on and getting info. Just sit down and let the steam off, let your mind be idle. We don't do this anymore! Supplements: Magnesium (good one is very relaxing, cheaper ones don't work), Vitamin C, Trans-Resveratrol to sleep (this one really helped), Vitamin D Do an sleep.io cognitive behavioral course (or other with a therapist if you prefer in person) this might sound like bullshit but believe me, it helps

Are you thinking of something that might bother the way your mind relax at night? If so, try to not think of it, and focus on soon things will get better. But if not, I think it is a disease, try searching your symptoms on internet, there are a lot of those kind of symptoms but choose the most appropriate on you and do some medications. But most common causes of sleeping disorder are depression and low blood pressure.

I think ypu should change how you spend your day. Proper body and mind conditioning is essential to achieving a healthy sleep pattern. Here are my suggestions 1. Avoid caffeine intake mid day to night. Caffeine is a stimulant. 2. Avoid exercise 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Adrenaline is released during exercise. 3. Read a good book before going to sleep 4. Use bed only to sleep. 5. Dim of turn off the lights in your room.
6. Do not eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Eating raises your body temperature. Your body wants to be cool when it sleeps. You can take sleeping pills as long as your not fully drained the energy you have , eating too much carbo helps you fall asleep faster.

You should drink a glass of milk when you want to sleep. Milk effectively improves sleepiness and resentment during sleep. So try that way.

If you have trouble sleeping do things that make you tired or tired during the day, .. surely you will feel tired and listless at night and you will sleep easier, because you are exhausted with your activity during the day.

Avoid technology, like phones, computers, or TV. Brightly lit screens can mislead your brain into thinking it's time to wake up. And anything that stimulates your brain — from a text conversation to a video game — also can kick your body into wake-up mode.

Get some exercise and wear yourself out . If that doesn't work, a double shot of brandy should do it

Good idea here would be to wake up like an hour earlier than you usually do. This magically helps me everytime. However, you may feel yourself a little off after doing that.

For you to be able to sleep tight, you should clear all your mind. Remove all the unncessary thoughts. Don't think to much. If you will do that, for the next day, you will just realize that you woke up so nice.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . my regular sleep 4-5am Insomnia is something I have suffered with for many years so I know your struggle, sadly there is no one size fits all solution, for me I find that trying to be active in the day time and ensuring I get enough melatonin is key, then I do little things such as reading before bed, drinking a warm drink, taking a shower. i also have a program called flux installed on my laptop that is very useful for moderating the level of light emitted. I wish you luck in your battle with sleep!
