I see you are experiencing mild stress. Try to start thinking positively in everything and try a healthy life such as getting up early to exercise so you sweat so that your body is stable like the others.

try drink milk everynight or you should try sleeping early and try
exercise before we go to sleep.

This was happened to me last year. What I did is every night I read books, my eyes can easily feel to sleep if I can read 10-20 pages or maybe you should avoid gadgets this also can help you sleep early. Just a friendly reminder REST is one of the best doctor in the earth. Smiley

First go to a doctor so you will consult what is your problem regarding you can't sleep at night. Or maybe you're too much thinking something that's the result of your hard sleeping at night.

When I can not sleep, I drink black tea or mint tea, I put on the TV and it's almost instantaneous that I end up sleeping, try it.

indeed this is very disturbing to us, especially after being tired of daily activities. can you possibly take sleeping pills or consult a doctor about your problem. or make yourself more relaxed and calm when approaching bedtime, not doing anything serious or making you tense so as not to have trouble sleeping.

Can't sleep at night especially because bitcoin keep me awake. Discussion, sourcing, knowledge, market status, potentials and future analysis of bitcoin always going on day and night.

Whatever you do, consider medication only as a last resort, but most important figure what actually keeps you awake. A worry, a medical issure and try fix the root of the problem.

I think you should drink a bottle beer and listen to music. You shouldn't think too much any problem. Everything has solution.
