My suggestion is to go to see a doctor. Sometimes taking sleeping pills helps depends on the situation.

The best thing is a run before bed, you'll fall asleep immediately. + proper nutrition.

Walk at least 1 to 2 miles a day by foot, you will surely fall asleep due to tiredness.

I had the same problem before and just like you, my sleeping time is 3am because i get addicted to online games and im overthinking so many things, my advice to you is to eat a little and just dont fight it when you get a little sleepy because you can’t bring back your sleepiness when its gone.

If it helps, you could purchase over-the-counter drugs called antihistamines which are used for allergies and are known to have side effects such as drowsiness. A good example would be Cetirizine or Diphenhydramine. Take note that a lot of these antihistamines being developed to negate that side effect so if ever you would buy one, ask for the ones that are drowse inducers.

You can try to do exercise every evening and take a shower after that. Remember to take a book before your rest because this will help u feel sleepy.

I can advise you to drink herbal teas. It is very good for health. Melissa and chamomile are best for sleeping. I also advise you not to work at the computer before going to bed.

I tried it before. It did not work for me. Especially if you drink a lot of tea before bedtime, in the morning there will be swelling under the eyes ... Sad

This is too bad 1 hour is not enough for a healthy life. AT least 5 hours you should sleep. I think time management is the only option and you should to control it your self. If you can meditation one of the best option try once and You will impressive
