I don't know if you are suffering from insomnia caused by illness or stress. If it is because of illness, the hospital can solve the problem for you. If it is mental stress, then you can try to divert attention, such as watching some entertainment programs and participating in some entertainment.

I had the same problem but there's some solution which worked for me
Not drinking before sleep. Shut down all lights and gadgets. Running or walking
Lately I don't have any problems with sleep even thou I'm in a huge loss  Grin

I think you should reduce time working/gaming on computer or phone. This is one reason why human can't sleep. It'll be good if you go to doctor.

I recommend you do a lot of exercise during the day try to tire as much as possible so you may fall to your bed like a stone until the other day

can't Sleep? Taking Melatonin or ZMA before bedtime can help you go to sleep without issues. keep away from using your machine 30mins before dozing as nicely.

Maybe you are worrying about something, give yourself  a break and relax. You can also visit your doctor or take sleeping pill
