They more relaxing activities in the night like watching TV, or listening to a cool music and make yourself less busy by reducing work at night. You can see a doc for medications but try relaxant methods first.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . my regular sleep 4-5am Take some relaxing time off, exercise during the day. Avoid caffeine and read a book. maybe your in a lot of stress mentally and emotionally, clear your thoughts and try to cheer up. be positive.

I recommend melatonine pills. After 1-2 weeks of everyday dosage, 1 pill is enough to fall asleep 1 hour later.
