Check out the mmfce-ng frontend, and on our github page you will find a working stratum server to use. Feel free to join IRC, PM me or whatever to get future help Smiley

Anoncoin 0.8.5.2 is now in the release candidate state. We're building new builds for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X after a day or two with testing and quality assurance.

Source: https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoin
Pull request https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoin/pull/9

Note: Because of a change in the blockchain store, users using 0.8.3.7 must delete the blockchain and resync when upgrading to 0.8.5.2

ANONCOIN NET still pointing to VERsion 0.7.4.0  !!!!

how far is your zerocoin implementation?

Was just coming here to ask the same thing. Any updates?

It's still in an early stage. The first part will be implementing the early alpha of Zerocoin into the Anoncoin testnet, then comes the testing to discover bugs within Zerocoin itself that the Zerocoin devs will be working on. I would not expect a fully working zerocoin implementation until the end of the year at best. If it works flawlessly the first time around (personally I believe there's a ~1% chance of that happening) it would probably be complete during november.

If or when you guys pull it off this coin is going to make it big.

Hi,

This might not be exactly "on subject" but:

I have built and am running perfectly anoncoind/i2p on debian test, a total breeze, highly recommend debian test (as long as you keep away from the mac wannabe gui and use gnome classic )

For those trying, i just cracked building the anoncoin-qt for Linux.

cd ~/anoncoin # the dir where that git created
qmake USE_UPNP=- BITCOIN_QT_TEST=0 -o Makefile.test anoncoin-qt.pro
make -f Makefile.test clean
make -f Makefile.test
ssh root@localhost "cp $PWD/anoncoin-qt /usr/bin"

Hopefully helps this someone cos i sure looked hard for the instructions but to no avail.

I do not see many anoncoin-client I2P nodes there yet ... so the more building the i2p/linux the better i say

why not just sudo/su instead of "ssh root@localhost"?
also i suggest using xfce Smiley

yeah - it's all an age thing - had enough trouble forgetting mwm

also, always use the ssh cos the X tunnel is always there and sudo, su need the xauth to be transferred

I think it is more important to have a lot of user which aim longterm investment.
A fast rise usually is followed by a fast drop. I have studyied the most coins.
There is a sign at the most coin which fail at the start (overvalued at the start, and a pattern which looks like Sweep wave with loosing power). Anoncoin had a good start with a slow rise over time like Bitcoin.
Some rising in steps is good. Let us hope the Coin is stable.

greetings
