The platform will allow a huge number of people to earn through their skills , thus getting additional motivation to pump themselves as a competent specialist and increase the chance to find a really decent job.

Today, a lot of people exaggerate their skills and talk about what they do not know , while really standing frames are lost in this crowd of monotonous resumes .
I think the blockchain platform is an ideal solution for the labor market. This eliminates third-party involvement and increases integrity throughout the ecosystem. The employee declares only those skills and knowledge which he really possesses.
Smart contracts can really change the world for the better, many projects working on Ethereum have huge potential in the future and Aworker is no exception. I hope that the platform will see the light and will function.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
