Cryptsy and BTC38 are updating their wallets on 0.9.2.6.

BTC38 was on the qrk.blockr.io wrong fork chain. They stopped deposit/withdrawals until they update and reindex their wallet.

BTER and the qrk.blockr.io are also on the wrong fork chain.I contacted BTER and qrk.blockr.io and warn them about it,but they did not response and continue to run on the wrong chain.

It will be the best if any Chinese Quark user contact BTER via Weibo or QQ or by phone, because they are very slow to response on e-mails.

How about a new thread so the OP can have links to websites that are online?

Is Quark forked?  Or just updated to new version maintenance?

The BTER team is serious, and they respond always to emails
but you're right, it's true they are slow

did you submit a ticked after login on your account ?
I'm going to submit a ticket, .... what do I must to explain ?

Yes, I submitted ticket 5 days ago. I told them that they are on the wrong fork of blockchain and because of that 2 my withdrawals from BTER ended nowhere.3 days ago I got response from them. They said that it was reported to their dev to check. For almost 4 days I didnt notice that they are doing anything about it - their wallet still operating on the wrong fork. Huh

They have to update to 0.9.2.6 and reindex wallet which will erase wrong fork blockchain tx from the wallet and put back lost Quarks to balance sheet.

Which makes total sense, since QRK is an old and abandoned coin. When was the big pump? 2013?

Is there any way we can get an update on the android mobile wallet? It's using the wrong chain.

I sent coins from Cryptsy to the mobile app without realizing that it was out of date, so the coins never showed up on my end. I've used the backup feature, but I have no clue on how to send them to another address. Any help?

Copy private key from your Android wallet and your address
Install latest 0.9.2.6 Quark wallet for Windows on computer
Open your Quark wallet on the computer then go to Help-Debug-Console
At the bottom in a text box enter this: importprivkey yourPrivateKeyInWalletImportFormat YourAddress  and click Enter
Wait few minutes until wallet successfully imports your private key and address
Wait proper blockchain to download (about 12-24h)
Your Quarks should reappear

If you did not understand this go to - https://en.bitcoin.it/w/index.php?title=Help:How_to_import_private_keys_in_Bitcoin_Core_0.7%2B&redirect=no

If you dont know how to find import key in Android wallet go to - https://github.com/HashEngineering/quarkcoin-wallet/blob/prod/wallet/README

get the private key of that address and import it to another wallet.

Not at one exchange have functional wallet. BTC38 and Cryptsy updating their wallets more than 7 days,BTER still operates on the wrong fork of blockchain.

Very bad situation.
