updates:
guys, guess what?..I receive an email from BA:

"Dear customer,

We were unable to change your BTCs at the exchange rate that you have paid us and for this reason we still hold your BTC. For this reason, we are only able to refund you the BTC sum that you've actually paid minus the equivalent of 50 USD in BTC handling fee.

If you agree that this is enough to settle your refund in full, we will refund you. Otherwise, we are declining your refund according to the clauses quoted below from our terms and conditions and will deliver your order as agreed in our terms and conditions.
"

Does any one in our group recieved the same email?? please check your email and reply me...thanks

BA are you seriously??? are you kidding me?......
what I request the refunds are bitcoins values 6068.13 USD(5,949.15+118.98) plus 6068.13*20%=1213.626 USD as
compensation....which means totally 7281.756 USD you should pay me....not just 6.35693BTC I paid you on 10 Dec 2013. because 6.35693BTC today(June 11,2014)not values 7281.756 USD even not values 6068.13 USD in order...
in today's exchange rate that should be more than 11.3778 BTC...
or you can pay me 7281.756 USD through bank.

BA,may I ask you if today's exchange rate is very high like 10000USD/BTC, you still will refunds me 6.35693BTC?

Now, eveyone see what BA is now?....they are cheater....
BA, where is my money? where is my products,my order??

more ridiculous....
all my post on their: ecointalk.net are gone,  when I post, guess what? I recieve: "You have been restricted from posting on this community."
everyone, if you have something to say, you can say it on http://ecointalk.net/ also, because BA may more afraid on that forum...

Seriously though? You've been offered what you paid back. You've been offered what you've been complaining about and calling the police about, but you also want more. They never claimed to be a bitcoin exchange. They have no obligation to convert your payment to equivalent fiat currency.

But here you are still complaining. In bold text. I'll reply in kind:

WE ARE ALL FRUSTRATED
This is not a situation unique to you. In fact, now you are in a better position than the rest of us here.

You've been offered what you were asking for, take it and get out man.

By the way, regarding your account on ecointalk, david posted a note about why you were banned.

Tomorrow we get an update of an update.

Sort of like Inception, but our investment is in limbo.

Black Arrow has shown that if there is good news, they will post it right away.

So the Thursday update is likely not to contain any good news.  Just more delays.

If the X3 problem was fixed, they'd of told us by now.  Just like they did with the X1 problem.

and the compensation 20% because,I am a customer for the BA's problem that until now I still not get my order..
according to 中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法 We customer deserves the compensation..

That is because bitmine is retarded. If you pay in btc you get your original btc payment back.

There is nothing to argue about. No court (especially in china) will take your claims seriously when BA offered to refund original payment.

If you are really in desperate need of money, as you said in your previous posts, you would quit bitching and take the money and accept your losses.

Btw china does not classify btc as money so good luck taking any legal route.

If you paid in cash you should get refunded the same amount in cash. If you paid in BTC you should be refunded the same amount of BTC.

IMHO.

Nope man, not IYHO, that is how it should work. The same way that if btc was 1k when you used it to buy something, the merchant doesn't come to you two weeks later asking for more btc, if the price falls. Same way, you don't expect more btc back because of price fluctuations. One bitcoin is one bitcoin, if a miner is worth one bitcoin, so be it. The problem arises when people value things in USD and then convert the valuation to btc. It isn't a problem though, either. The real problem is MORONS who think other wise.

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

The real problem is the morons who demand a refund with special terms from a company in china which said no refunds to begin with.

Same discussion every time someone wants a refund from any company. If the company refunds in $, someone wants refunds in BTC, and vice versa. Never fails.
