Dear Black Arrow.

X1
We all want to know what is your production capacity

X3
When you think that can show us a full working unit and the shipments/cloud hashing start

Compensation plan
With the extra delay and the "Frankenstein" Rasp Pi units out there we want something more

If we use the "pay the 50% in advance" option and don't want extra free compensation units can you simply send us the original order without paying the rest?

General
Please improve your communication, talk straight, don't hide nothing (like we have a surprise for you etc...) because in this way only feed the conspiracy theories and the angry against you

thanks

Yep but at least he's getting out with btc and can convert it to machines that are available and can try and recoup his theoretical loses.
Yeah i told Minersource i wanted out and was going to buy an s1 (pretty much exact cost of what i paid and 200ghash sent shipped today) and they told me NOPE, so if you can get your btc back just be grateful.

I asked minersource for a refund and they said no to me as well. They said they'd be shipping "in the next few days" which was about 3 weeks ago.

Thomas, this is "China Export" mark, not "Conformité Européenne" which is needed in EU.
It should look like:

The distance between the letters is important. Look here:

However the supplier of PSU can self-certificate them yet.
All is explained here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE_marking

guys, you can check what the refund clause of BITMINE ...
refunds delayed but at least bitmine refund you what you paid exactly.and if paid by bitcoin ,then values in today's price of exchange rate and plus 10% as compensation.

I dout there are so many resellers and BA workers here just like on ecoin

That is because bitmine is retarded. If you pay in btc you get your original btc payment back.

There is nothing to argue about. No court (especially in china) will take your claims seriously when BA offered to refund original payment.

If you are really in desperate need of money, as you said in your previous posts, you would quit bitching and take the money and accept your losses.

Btw china does not classify btc as money so good luck taking any legal route.

bitmine is retarded...seems Not BA??
if your order is delayed more than 71days in Bitmine, you can request refund and they will refunds you the Btc values today's exchange rate or cash through bank plus 10% compensation...yes,many refunds delayed..but also many got their refunds and compensation,at least they refunds can accepted and they will refund you your money and lost...everyone can check their official thread website to check , I am not lying..

I of course need money.buy does not means I should accept  your unfair refunds clause..
right,China does not classify btc as money now..but it does not mean you can cheat with BTC..it's also crime, think about GBL event in China last year..customers even use cash to buy bitcoin one their web derectly..what last? the boss and manager are been sent into prison by police because they run and cheat all customers'  money...
and remember, I do the deal with you BA last year..at that time ,China does not say they does not classify BTC as money ...no documents at all..

no court will take my claims? sounds to me you know this before and so use this to cheat everyone here???
no court will take that is not true .. so that's why I post a thread to unite us,the customers as a group..
like I don't know how things work in China...I am in China

BTW,are you work for BA ? sorry for doubt that...

every other true customers , now you can see..BA with their reseller already control this thread that make us true customer can't express their own views..and can't standout to speak out the truth...

in the end,I sorry for any uncomfortable I take to any true customers or good resellers..
I just want get my money and help everyone..not BA...you already make everyone frustrated...
I will continue updates news about our actions for our customers have the right to know..
and my contact still available ..
regard

BTW, BA,not just deal refunds with me(and just unfair refunds which I can't accept ),but refunds all of your customers if they request refunds ..do as a good company do.

we still not got our products X3, still no refunds and unfair refunds for me at least...
still no updates infos from BA official

So it looks like X1 units need a non-standard power cord. Anyone find a good price for these in bulk? Maybe we can get a USA groupbuy going, I am looking for at least 10 mattering what the X3s use.

Edit: unless USA orders come with one.

After being flamed at on the ecointalk forums for asking this very question, I contacted MinerSource and they stated that they will not know what cords will come with your unit until it arrives at their facility.  They will then notify people on whether they need to buy cords or not.

Per ecointalk forums, David said they would do their best to ensure everyone has the correct cord, this was also stated previously in updates.  But, the first actual miner, received by MinerSource, did not come with a power cord per Thomas_s, and the first miner, not to a BA employee or reseller, came with the wrong cord (per ecointalk forums).  Obviously we know what BA's best is given our current situation, but I think given proper notice from MinerSource I can still order cables and have them arrive in time with my units so I cam holding out for that.  (although I would be very unhappy to have to lay down another 10 or so dollars per X-1 along with shipping costs)

We may go ahead and purchase sufficient cables for our US customers.

@david I think everyone in this forum would appreciate it if Blackarrow and company come in here and take into consideration  customers' input in regards to the final compensation for batch 1 before making a final decision by themselves.

David, please acknowledge this. Awaiting your response..

Any input on the compensation can be posted here or on ecointalk or PM'ed to me. I am faster at answering on ecointalk usually because the interface for unread posts and messages is better

X3 progression ?!

They need to come up with the next stall tactic on the X3.

They did a stellar job on the X1, where magically the original controller started working the moment people started asking about the rpi version shipping.

The controller didn't magically start working, the problem with the control board was fixed by the engineers.

Just for your information, the unit shipped to me had the correct power cord.

What the fudge. Why wouldn't they come with power cords? They are already little monstrosities missing half the parts they were supposed to come with, now you get no cords? Are they going to be selling the cords separate as well?

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

TLDR

Minersource, Bobsag, Thomas s,

Have you or will you be receiving a shipment of X-1's in the next few days? Dan from minersource told me my 4 X-1s would ship last week.

Also, can you confirm that you have received a list of transferred orders from BA? My X-3 is supposed to be shipped through you. order #1409. I also have a hosting contract with you for the X-3, so it is pretty important that it ships to you. If it is on your list, do not ship it to me. Please hook it up for hosting.

Please let me know whats going on. I cannot get a straight answer from BA.

Thanks.

I would love to have these miners sometime soon.

35 X-1 Prospero Units.

Please black arrow see if you can add a batch of those fancy power breakout boards from the bitfurys as a gift. Thanks!

What do you do when life gives you squeezed lemons?

Suck the juice out of the pulp and hope you get more calories out of it than what you put into it. The store sure as hell isn't giving you a refund for it even though they sold them to you claiming you'd get a full glass out of them.
