I need miner that can :

2. X3 can change pools if the priority pool is down
3. In the end I need miner that I can sleep without worrying it

Bitcoin Miners progress update – 13 March 2014

1.We have approved the 2nd review of the Minion substrate and it has been taped out. Chip packaging is on schedule.
2.We have encountered roadblocks in the X1 and X3 case design due to not all parts being in hand, we are working with 2 factories to solve them.
3.We have received and partially assembled the control board and X1 backplane board. We have received today the X1 hashboard and we will start assembling it.
4.Based on reviews we have made some schematics changes to the current boards therefore new boards are on pipeline.
5.We have visited the heatsink factory. We have paid and started manufacturing the heatsinks for all current orders.
6.We have received the PSU for X1, visited the PSU factory and have paid today the X1 PSUs. X3 PSU sample is scheduled to be delivered after 1 week. X1 PSU: Image1Image 2Image 3
7.Automatic BTC payment system is still under review. We are taking extra time to review the code to ensure that we’re not losing coins.
8.Customer support:
a.We are still lagging behind and have a queue of 700 tickets. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience please bear with us until we get this sorted. Our most experienced agent (Julia) is in maternal leave, the next experienced one (Alexey) is working on the case half time and the 3rd one (Sylvia) is in training. We have one other agent (Matt) working part time, remotely, but his limited time does not allow him to make much progress.
b.Customers must understand that our headquarters from China do not have access to Facebook. This account is maintained from abroad and they are unable to access any customer support issues.
c.Few customers have requested refunds. Please rest assured that we will refund the USD in May and we are trying to refund BTCs sooner but we are waiting for a legal document which was not returned yet. Please note that customers opening more tickets will just get you back to the end of the queue as we reply the tickets in the reverse order of activity.

Too hard to get a refund, last month i email, today i call them,  next week i will fly to US to see them maybe. Angry

Does anyone know how to sue a company from oversea?

Isn't Black Arrow in China though?

The question of where Black Arrow are located has been vociferously debated for at least the last three months on this thread.

It's easy really, if they were legit they'd publish where they are located but they don't, do they?

 Sad

Dear Oleole/OMG/Onoz,

Our address has always been on our website: http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/about-us-en.html
Why do you say that we do not publish where we are located?

Thanks for the update BA! You could ditch the display or just use a small one to save some cost, everything you need to know about the miner will probably be visible in a web interface. I only need to have one nice green LED on the X-1 showing me it's on.

Would be nice to receive the compensation package sooner, my miner was promised to be delivered this month and it sucks to wait so long. I know it's a pre-order but still. The X1 and X3 do look nice and can't wait to have them mining at home.

Keep us updated! And yes you too minersource if I didn't visit this forum I would never have known about the delay.

In case anyone here didn't see the pictures posted earlier:
https://ecointalk.net/gallery/album/13-x1-power-supply/
Does the X-1 come plug and play ready to mine, or do we need to buy anything additional?

EDIT:
Awesome. thanks man!

You have to setup a pool from wich you want to mine..

I figured that much.  i was just concerned with having to by additional things to even get started.  I am new to the asic world and as I was looking I noticed some didnt come with PSU and others you needed some extra random part like that one miner needed a PSU jumper.  If I am going to drop the money I want it to be ready to roll.

Do you mean you have to have a local stratum set up like the block erupter cube or just point it to the pool u want to mine?

These will come with PSU's built in, but you will need to plug them into your network somehow.  Depending on how many you order you may need a switch (if there are too many or you already have stuff plugged into your router's extra ports).  You will also need 1 ethernet cable for each one.

Understood, thank you all for the info.  Once some of my alts pump I will likely order a few.  I am only a little hesitant about what KnC is going to announce along with ASICMiner.  But I am sure they will not be as cost effective for us little guys like Black Arrow.

So, if i ordered prospero x-3. As i know there will be 2 boxes. 2 devices x 1TH. So we if PSU integrated, that means its already inside the device? But what about ethernet cables, are they included in pur package or we have to get them by ourselves? And as I understand we will need 2x ethernet cable as there will be 2 devices?
