I cant get my software to update beyond version v1.0v.
I have a 2nd unit that is on software version v1.6.
Any idea how to fix the software on the first box so it can update? I have tried 20 + times.

I have found that that can sometime get the update to "Stick" so to speak. I am currently working with them on a way to create a USB flash drive for restoring/updating the software directly. Well perhaps you could handle your team and get them to reply for you? Being left unattended for two weeks is a bit silly. Unless you're mimicking BA's customer service in which case you're well on target

Communication 4/10 Ethics 5/10 censoring information, which they do here and on their forum, should take that communications rating to 0 Ethics? from what I can see they have none. an endless series of missed delivery dates, screwing people they refunded in bitcoin by refunding bitcoin sent after price had tumbled, broken promise on price matching(which is huge), a total lack of fiat refunds as far as I know- and more. I am unfortunately one of their pre-order customers and I've been watching this all along. what is most glaringly missing from their operation, aside from the ability to effectively develop mining equipment, IMO, is ethics. they're attempting to hide behind a TOS that seemingly conflicts with Hong Kong law, their answers, when/if you can get them, on support and via e-mail are not answers at all in many cases but further excuses, and we are seeing cases now where people have requested refunds and their miners are being shipped out anyhow. their resellers are also looking to me to be getting desperate as they claim they are not getting refunds from BA either and are therefore being forced to refund out of pocket, which is leading to their attempting to deny refunds and ship to people that have requested refunds also, which will undoubtedly lead to lawsuits and further actions against them also.these people have created a total nightmare for just about everyone that has chosen to do business with them on this latest round of product Agreed, it's a shit situation for everyone. I can't help but wonder however why you'd send all the money through as a reseller before ANYTHING ships. Perhaps a down payment or 50% to secure an order but the whole lot seems a little silly to me. Regardless, here we are; all screwed. Time for some people to screw back

Seriously though, what is the hold up? At this point, I can't understand why more units aren't shipping.
Bobsag said he saw all the backplanes and boards for the X3 while he was there. So why aren't they shipping?

This forum is a bigger waste of time and joke then BA's actual forum. You have a "RATING" system that seems to be very much corrupted and open to influence on this site and you try and control the topics by deleting post that seem to go against what you want lol thats not moderating . This place is virtually useless for a consumer trying to get information or gauge a company to make a purchase now i see why BA was able to pull this crap off for so long . BTC is being derailed by morons allowing thieves and crooks into the hen house for there own gain . Really answered alot of my questions when I see post deleted from multiple posters if you have an issue with the truth then lock the damn forum and be like Hitler and tell your side only. 2014 and we still have BS like this going on no wonder the world is still so F'd up.

So I had a 2 week vacation in Greece, I was pretty sure that I would get my X1's while I am away.
And now I check the forums to see that very little changed and after reviewing 5 previous pages, I just can't find any worthy information.
Please help.
Have BA shipped out X1's to BA Customers yet ? (I purchased 10 X1's from BA Directly)

Lol. Bobsag, 3 days in China and nothing to report, no pictures, no videos, no x3 shipping news? From JUNE 27 update (a month ago): 27 June 2014 Shipping: the shipping of the X-1 (Control Board) test batch has been completed. The production of X-1 (Batch1 and Batch2) is close to completion and shipping will resume within days. Please note that the X-1 (RPi) units have been discontinued and are no longer available on order. Bullshit! Liars.
