Why would you send it back again?  You said I dont need it, which is why I am asking if I can be refunded for it

Your X1/X3 requires a PSU which was included in your initial purchase. If you've already bought another PSU we can arrange to send you a miner without PSU and you can plug in the one that you already have. Doing this will get you the money back for the PSU and will not have to pay for shipping to return the PSU.

We manufacture Bitcoin ASICs and Bitcoin mining equipment.

Now what about the refunds? Where's the money BA?

If you have purchased from us, your money are here: http://www.globalfoundries.com/

I sure did, batch #1 X-3... I'm just not sure you understand the word refund or the legal implications of requesting one. You might wanna start looking into that. Fast.

edit: also, deleting my posts won't really do you much good, as others before me have said, research the Streisand effect, you might learn something.

Well? I'm waiting... where are the refunds? According to you, refunds in fiat start when delivery is under way, which, again according to you, is now. Where's the money?

AM may sell less efficient chips but at least they are delivering. I was able to get my refund from MS and have the AM machines shipped and have been hashing for 2 weeks already. If I had waited for you I MAY have seen my order buy the end of August.

We have been delivering ASICs for the last 3 months. We have offered 6x more hashing power in the form of ASICs as replacement for X3. If you can use chips you should have chosen this deal.

Oh please, I have hawked AsicMiner and Bitmaintech in the last 2 hours on this thread.  Do you honestly believe they are paying me to go after you?  Why would they?  They ship quality products from in stock, and guess what, not a single of their units have ever exploded.  Guess those high quality parts are pretty easy to come by.

I'm sorry, but AM isn't shipping any product right now except for chips. (yes I know they will in the future)

OK! If you really want to make it right by your customers, then start by answering some simple questions, I will try to keep them very to the point that should require short concise answers...

Unfortunately as you are not our customer we cannot spend time to answer your questions.

I would like to point out to our customers that this individual is still trying to put subliminal messages into his replies by falsely affirming that our chips are "behind other manufacturers". Affirming this is a blatant lie. He is in no position to affirm this as he has never seen or tested our chips.

Lol, now black arrow is trolling us! lmao. Subliminal, DebitMe= Mindfreak!

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

You gotta be kidding me... I have a ticket open for months now, a six page PM conversation on YOUR forum with YOUR CS Rep. David, and you want me to contact you here? Fine. Ticket #NJF-519-96963, order number is in there. Ask David to submit the PM conversation to you via your forum as I can't do that.

You chose to ignore me and my issues for weeks and months, I've set deadline after deadline which you missed every single time like clockwork, the last one ending tomorrow... if you're a miracle worker and get me my refund by tomorrow as per my ticket, I'll be impressed... and it'll be the first time in this whole endeavour. If not... well, read my ticket, there's a shitstorm brewing.

Let's see what you got. Put your money where your mouth is. Literally.

Why would a competitor need to try and keep customers away from you? You are doing a DAMN GOOD job of that yourself.

We have always been upfront and never lied to our customers. We always kept them up to date with what is going on.

Regards!

Dear BlackArrow -- I have a very simple question.

You said the following on your most recent update:

Quote
3.Deliveries of all X-3 current orders will be completed by the end of the month.

Today is July 29 and my "shipment information" on my Black Arrow account is blank.  I'm assuming that this means you haven't yet shipped my X-3.

The question is:  Do you promise based on your communication above that my X-3 will be shipped within 2 days, by July 31?

Thank you.

I'm sorry but i find it hard to sit back and let this go by . Months ago you stated outrite that you would basically punish anyone who didn't suck up and kiss your ass with NO compensation and or place there order to the back of the line . Now you want someone to identify there order to you lol. Even if you have good intentions of just cherry picking that order out to get them out of here why should they trust that and i would hope that they same as me want EVERYONE to get there order making you ship what you stated not cherry pick to make your issues go away.

Oh just let them, I have no problem with that. It is highly unlikely that I'll have my refund by my imposed deadline of tomorrow evening CET, so they can do whatever they want with my order. Apparently they want to move this conversation before the courts, and well, that's just fine and dandy by me. The ROI in a class action lawsuit would/will be huge Wink

All we're missing is Black Arrow Matt and david123sesamestreet and it's a party!   Grin

These guys have major cajones trolling their customers that they robbed and long conned for so long.  Too busy going tete a tete with posters instead of making things right.

Scam organization from the get go.

Ok, I won't delete your post again and reply you instead.

AM sells only chips and they are lower quality than ours.

Would you please now go away?  You are not our customer, you have no business here.

Your further messages will be deleted.

I am a paying customer and I want to know the answers to all of DebitMe's questions. Don't disregard his inquiries just because you think he's a shill, you're the one who forced him to keep his order a secret by threatening all your customers to revoke any compensation in order to keep us quiet.

Oh, and AM chips are inferior eh? Then explain to me how chips I do not physically posses can compete with the 2 S3's I've got hashing right now? It doesn't matter how efficient it is if I don't have it.

I believe what he's saying is that they don't have any money to give you.  It went to the fab.  And that they are unable to refund you because of it.  At least in the short term.  Assuming they start selling a competitive miner such as the X2, then they could earn enough to pay the refunds.

Of course, we don't really know how much money they have as a company in terms of reserves.  So maybe they have millions and could afford to do it.  Or maybe they are working at McDonald's to make ends meet.  We don't know.

If you want a refund contact your attorney and start filing some paperwork.  They just admitted that they have lost money on this project and it's clear they don't have deep enough pockets to make things right.

There's a simple way of letting us know how our orders are proceeding. Seeing as the orders are being processed in the order in which they were placed (and nobody's getting bumped up the queue) let us know, on a daily basis, which order number you are now up to. Not approximate, give an exact order number. That, and ONLY that, will let us all know how close our own orders are to completion.

You do not need to know our individual order numbers. Post the above info and we can work it out for ourselves.

For the 5th or 6th time, for both BA and Us, order number has no bearing on actual shipping order

Is that because most will never actually ship?
