Because of this, that was deleted too:

Isn't it just happening because of the way of "transferring" shares to Cryptostocks?

kSLAUGHTER moved from being incompetent to being a scammer.

Hey Ken. Why don't you price the cryptostock shares to a several day average of the bitfunder price?

So if the average for the last 3 days was 0.0006 update the cryptostocks price to match, and in another 3 days do the same again.

This will stop you from profiting off people that want to move their shares of Bitfunder and then people will stop calling you a scammer.

Just what I was thinking....

Not convinced of their Great Britishness.  Eastern Asia?

The ATT NITRO LTD is young company established in United Kingdom, engaged in the development and production of bitcoin miners, which are designed for mining of virtual currency – Bitcoin. We decided to change market of bitcoin miners, which are expensive and tardy delivered. For this reason we made a decision, that we want to develop miners, which will be affordable and with the shortest possible delivery times.

To meet the price policy, we need to minimalize an expanditures as it possible, also we had left traditional company structure. We conducting our bussiness in several countries of Central & Eastern Europe and our supporterts are from China and other countries of Eastern Asia. We are operating under EU directives and treaties and also law of the countries, where we conduct a bussiness.

Company structure allows us to set prices, terms and conditions as stated. And we are able to comply them.

Important Notice (October 23th, 2013):

Please be advised that ActiveMining is implementing the following rules and procedures for Investors wanting to keep their shares:

Investors who fail for any reason to provide the information necessary to obtain "Verified" status on Bitfunder are encouraged to transfer their shares on BitFunder to the Bitfunder user AMC-TENDER no later than November 6, 2013 before dividends are paid.  All Investors transferring their shares to this account will continue to accumulated dividends on their shares.

The October 30th dividends will be suspended and accumulated for payment on November 6, 2013.

Are people doing this? I don't see a massive (>1M) holder on the asset list that would represent user AMC-TENDER.  I assume this would cause the shares to be treated as direct - is there any estimate for how long they would be treated this way?

If you don't have s smartphone:

Here is a link that has in Step 2 how to setup 2-factor without a smartphone.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=111943.0

It would be best to use this on a off-line computer for security, but that is not required.

Generally with Google Authenticator installed on your phone, you use the phones camera to scan the QR code that the website will display.  This links your phones app to that website.

The App then displays a unique 6 digit pin number which you enter on the website whenever requested.

The pin number expires about 30 seconds after it is generated, and then your phone displays a new pin number for another 30 secs, and so on.

It's quite simple after you've done it once and I highly recommend you use it on every website you can.

I use it with my email and only have to enter the pin  number once for every new device, if I choose.

There is also a feature whereby you can have the unique pin number texted to your phone.

Hope this helps.

Will there still be a public list of shares with the corresponding BTC address after the transfer is completed?

Also, if Ken and team have to spend valuable time fixing hundreds of unhappy customers complaints that impacts on future business.

Think of the KnC resources being used to sort out all these issues.  The first 40 customer hardware issues on the KnC forum are dated no earlier than yesterday.

If this keeps up imagine what it'll be like in two weeks time.

Christ, we should be popping the champers!

EDIT:  I have just realised that I was only reading the HARDWARE section of KnC's website.  Have a read in the SOFTWARE section for more of the same.  It's a bloodbath.

As an ActM investor and a KNC customer, I will say this. ActM could do a LOT worse than attempt to emulate KNC, who at this point has set the gold standard for how pre-orders should be handled. Say what you will, but they shipped a working product < 1 week late, it used less electricity and hashed faster than it was supposed to.

I had a few problems - a bad board had me mining at only 75% for a week while KNC replaced it and my Jupiter still hashed at 400GH/s with only 3 boards. Not perfect, buy just imagine how much KNC would be worth if it were a publicly traded company.

As far as the forum complaints go, do not kid yourself - it's likely that less than 1-2% of KNC customers are hashing at less than what KNC sold their units at.

If you don't have a smartphone just ask people where you work - they usually have a year to two year old model just lying around or about to replace. I got two androids from work for $15 - an LG and a Kyocera Hydro. Definitely well worth it for what you can do with them - the LG was actually free. No need to buy one online.
