I have the same problem from days ! :/ Then try it like this: # download original file into current working dir scp root@<minerIP>:/etc/init.d/cgminer.sh ./
# now open the file with your preferred text-editor # and do the changes ...
#now upload it into /config (the only persistent dir) on the miner scp cgminer.sh /config/overclocked.sh
#maybe you need to set the executable flag, not sure ssh root@<miner_ip> 'chmod +x /config/overclocked.sh'
# restart cgminer ssh root@<miner_ip> '/config/overclocked.sh restart'
*for win you need putty/winscp

what is the 211 or 231 with these modd? is running at 640gh with these modd is 231 or 211??? Jelin, we need to understand what you're trying to say, for being able to help you. Did you edit /etc/init.d/cgminer.sh or did you make a copy in config and used that copy to overclock your borads? Anyway paste here, inside a "code" block, the script you're using.

I Just let 2 dies of my coolest boards run on 251 They survived the first day. Put them back for the night as i'm not near the miner at that time.
Attempting 251 today on a Merc board, it ran fine and stable on 231 last night. 251 is giving 185gh/s

Does someone have the code handy for a cgminer.sh file that has each board or die for that matter OC'able? I think I can get more performance out of particular boards but not by doing the entire Jupiter. Thanks.

Paste just below line 61 or whichever line the original 0x86 register is at. Also change if [ $c -eq 0 ] to your particular board configuration. http://pastebin.com/vy7jppS3

You should, really. No offence. Or at least work harder to improve your english. Mind you we're on the same boat since I'm not a native english speaker and I know how difficult it is to gain a foreign language skill. To make a long story short: the better you express yourself, the better we will able to help you, the higher your miners hashrate ps.: I've just used google translate to make my post better

Has anyone had any success with November units yet? Still don't seem to get past 333Gh/s after modifying the Saturn config.

OK, finally decided to give this a go, october jupiter 8 vrm which was running around 557GH Followed the instructions to change to 211, and initially speed was awful around 400, so using cyper's post as a guide started messing with advanced page replicating the spi voltage and frequency and then tweaking the various die voltages, after a while I only managed to get it back up to around 500 and decided to give up. Flashed back to 0.98 and the miner returned to it's usual 557GH Today decided to give it another go, flashed back to 0.99.1-tune, made the alteration to 221 and restarted and it was up around 620 which was excellent, when I looked at the advanced page it had remembered all my settings from the previous attempt. Most of the dies were running around 50A similar to the screenshot cyper posted, but one was up at 54A so I lowered it's voltage setting and hit apply, immediately the miner dropped back down to 550GH and all the dies dropped back down to 42-43A Very confused now

To restart the overclock just do /config/zzz.sh restart or whatever file you use. So basically when tweaking the voltages whenever you hit Apply you need to restart the overclock file via SSH I would suggest to install BFGminer - it is much easier to tweak as you can see the hash rate of each individual board.
