It doesn't make sense, because these old employees have experience and would have no difficulty fixing all the problems the site is having. Now if the site had a new owner and new employees, then they would have difficulty dealing with all the features of the site and would have difficulty fixing the site's problems. In my opinion, people should avoid putting too much money into the site.

Blame the original owners for not leaving proper documentation. Blame new owners for not ensuring smooth handover.

But something better be done fast. If things are not fixed in next few months the damage to reputation is gonna be unbearable.

When loyal users like us stop depositing, this is something very long and if not impossible to recover.

They really fucked up nowadays and it seems that those people who handle this casino at the moment seems having a trouble for operating freebitco.in since instead they continue the good reputation protected by this casino for many years. Its like their current activities drowning them and people start to doubt if there's better comeback will happen.

But lets still give them a chance maybe they still figuring out on which area they should prioritize first and since they are still fixing those issue encountered by people.

Before saying this, maybe you should first and foremost ask the present customer support for freebitco users from this forum if he or she doesn't have other things he or she engages him or herself with offline, I mean; many of us have other things we do offline aside from coming online to perform various tasks.

What would have been a better suggestion is that you should have told the customer support here to please speak to the freebitco management to fix their online customer support on the site, since it's faster to get help on the site than this forum where one have to post his or she problem, then wait for hours, sometimes days, for the customer support to come online and respond.

Thank you for the update!  Freebitco is tons of fun and over time the WoF spins have been my favorite part.  I like stacking and spinning a bunch hoping for 10x or 100x!

One other time in past spins did not show up and then i got all at once to correct. Also, never had any issues withdrawing, so not here to FUD.  Appreciate the site and understand it can be hard with small team.  Thank you for letting us know this issue is on your radar and being investigated.

I have sent several emails to FB regarding losing access to both my email address and my 2FA account.

Unfortunately, no reply.... Any chance I could get some help here?
I see you are brand new on this forum, and this is your first post on this forum as well as this thread, sorry though but you can't get help here either, freebitco is currently facing issues with alot of customers and their representatives on this forum are no where to be found for several weeks or months now, the casino seems to be currently running on auto-pilot because there are no customer service any where to assist users with their issues, both on the site and on this forum.

So, what I advice is, if you don't have a balance on your FB account, simply forget about this and move on, find some other reputable casino and play there for now.
But if you have a balance, there is also nothing you or anyone can do for now if you can't access your account, simply continue to try and let's hope that the management behind this casino will break out of their shell soon.
Security of your account on whatever platform is your sole responsibility so if you have lost access to your email, 2fa apps and so on, this all bounce back to you and the team have less to do for you in this case, since FB has a strong standing when it comes to users account security, their try as much as possible not to interfere with account security control which is why they introduced multiple layers of security features that give users total control of the account security.
Just as five-star stated, if you don't have much funds in the account, you may have to move on leaving that account unless you have a way of recoverying those details you have lost else were, although sometimes after going through alot of verification process, the support can help you deactivate the 2fA features on the account and have that email changed, but like I said this is almost an impossible task but some platforms get be such chances to their users when the lose their account details.

The problem is not that I wouldn't be able to reset my 2FA, but that the website doesn't work properly, or rather that the procedure is not correct.

It asks me if I have a backup phone number, which I put in my profile. And it then sends a code to my email address (instead of said phone number, which I entered for the specific purpose of resetting my account in case of issues...)

Very frustrating.


I am still logged in on my computer, I know my login details. It's just that 2FA that I can't disable without access to my email account and that makes zero sense.
2FA = TWO factor. What about my password + my phone number? How is that not TWO factor?



PS: I used to have another account here, but couldn't recover those login details so decided to just make a new one. Wasn't very active on it anyway.. Smiley

Last time it broke, we  did get the missing ones credited. It's concerning that they are taking so long to get it sorted. It broke a couple of months ago, why is it breaking again? We are now in day10 of no WOFs.

It is a bit concerning, the only Wheel spins I get for now are from reward points exchange which is useful but I dont have a great allowance to spend every day on that.    Overall the Spin base reward is up recently from a lower BTC price and ideally I want the missing spins to be credited sooner rather then later.


We are dropping in price but true to the volatile nature of BTC it coils back like a snake often, never expect it to continue straight up or right now straight down.   My target is 58000 and maybe a bit lower on BTC, I cant remember if that level will raise up the (base) spin reward a bit more; if it does I'll use up my spins along with hopefully the missing ones.

There is a free spin via email also tbh.  Possibly the notification enabled offer gives a daily wheel spin also.

As things are going now, I am less hopeful that they will manage it better. I had problems with a WoF, which gave an error, and after a while I tried again and it worked. But I no longer have anything on the site. I just play the free game from time to time and the WoFs I get because I don't trust them.

I used the instant withdraw to send to this address bc1qnf87mmeqj9h8vap6ss6775h6h5074cdmdwzdht and after way more than 15 minutes the pending withdrawal warning on the website disappeared but no trace of the transaction nor of the BTC, how long it needs to transact? is the address i put in not compatible in some way?

Nah, at least for BTC its not a bear market.   Big volatility but Bitcoin is always volatile ignoring that is like using TNT for candles and being surprised when it goes pop Tongue.   Volatile up and volatile down right now.

It was threatening to do this, we did make a 5 month low at July start and they shook it off.  I had to question, does it not matter when we break a wall like we did.   Seems now its made an even lower low and it did matter, have to remember that rule for the future as everything repeats.

Anyway on the wheel spins, it was showing 21 base reward but also there is support in that area.  BTC just gained 2k in 5 mins, so its lost that amount inversely.  Within 1 week its moved the numbers reflecting 40% 'gain' in basic reward amount which is nice if you can make the most of it.    


At this point without actually knowing, I'd bet higher for month end price bet.  Obviously the situation will develop with more clues later.
