It's strange that right now as I'm writing this post I can't access the website. https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/03/21/0xO3C.pngI don't know what the casino owners are up to, but since last year, when these problems started on the site, I started warning people not to use the site until they had some proof that the site still belonged to the same people, but unfortunately many people are ignoring the many flags that the site has. Maybe now they have some kind of problem with the server and fix it. We will see in the next few hours how the situation will be. Well, I just tried visiting the casino and did encountered the same server error above, looking at the time which you made your comment, and looking at what the time is currently, I guess it's OK to say that this has been up for more than an hour or more now. It's not looking nice at all, this looks more like the plug has been pulled, thank goodness I only have a few btc sats in there. I really was hoping or believing that the team had started fixing the site like weeks ago when they started disturbing free spins to their users in the ton of six or more per day, seems like it was their last giveaway in preparation for the leaving. All the same, fingers crossed and hoping this is but a minor glitch at the end of the day. He's lying again, as always. When you log out of your account, the site is open and all statistics counters work at high speed.

When are you going to solve cases with missing FUN tokens withdrawal?
I've been waiting over a month and a half for my missing withdrawal. After numerous emails I created an account here and wrote them a private message on this forum after I saw the CS account appear here. I received a message back that they've escalated my problem internally and I should expect an answer early next week. That was almost 2 weeks ago now... I asked if there's any update and haven't heard anything since.

There's something fishy going on here, I'm sure of it

Its done that before so right or wrong it might just be a pool of fish :p The site is layered like an onion for various reasons, the stats arent exact etc. Its unfortunate but the repetition makes it not unfamiliar at least, ironically I dont think its serious except for the fact its a repeat and they are losing their business at least for these hours which cannot be good.
On the bright side BTC is up and improving, recovering more then half of the November set rally is probably strength if it can close (weekly) up here. Also back to the 50 day average after a month absent, its bad for my bet but sometimes I prefer to be wrong.

Those WOF spins aren't related to the premium membership benefits. Freebitco premium membership benefits are broken for all the users since last few months. I had also received 10 WOF spins like that on my account. I don't have any FUN tokens on my account. Some people have also said that they received this type of email from Freebitco recently.  I did not get those spins, just checked the mail and there was no mail with 10 free spins. Looking at those issues with appearing / disappearing free spins I wonder what they think about their service? Are they aware that they need to have consistent service to attract people? Even at that, I think that meeting that free 10 spins for Ling time inactive players still requires that the gambler meet up with some amount of BTC wagering and that is an extra task that could pause some limitations to your ability to meet that 10 free spins. From the email, it seems that they are only sending selected gamblers that email.

The only good thing that happened on this casino is the representation is already active to address the issue compared before that user is blind on what’s going on.
Other than that, same error keeps persisting which means they really need to improve their technical department.
Hopefully, the reactivation of their representatives is not a way to convince their users that they are on the road to improvement when in fact something bad is being planned, because it is quite strange that their representatives are active without anything changing for the better, even for some time with frequent 500 internal service errors making this casino even more suspicious.

Back on again, but withdrawals still broken. The queue of pending payouts has not cleared, even though all my transactions have been completed about 22 hours ago. Therefore I can't send any more assets to these addresses. I can't even send anything to a brand new address because it says: "There is already a payment pending to this bitcoin address. Please try again in 15 minutes." Knowing how swiftly they deal with technical issues, these "15 minutes" will probably take 15 hours, if not 15 days.
