I think if the match is not completed then a sports book could void the bet because the match is not completed as we are wagging a bet for the full match and not getting to the next round by default because the opponent is injured and so i think it is a fair decision by cloudbet.

Pre-match bet: 1 set completed is all that is needed for moneyline wagers to stand.
Live bets: if you make a live bet on a tennis match and either player retires, your bet is void NO MATTER WHAT.

This is in their rules. They are fuck heads for having different rules for pre/live, but it is there.

lol from what I know, Cloudbet usually if the #1 place for online sports betting with Bitcoin. The payouts are pretty decent though I don't know how many people used the website during 2017 becuase there was a large amount of people stating that the Cloudbet team was trying to scam people.

It might not be true, who knows. I just use caution when looking for Casino's that I can play in.

I have made a formal complaint against Cloudbet.com for I now believe is a deliberate misgrading to scam me out of my money. I made a live bet of .21 bitcoins or $531 on Richard Gasquet to beat Gael Monfils. After the match was rained out yesterday the match continued today and Richard Gasquet was forced to retire due to injury. Cloudbet.com's live betting rules (as are everybodys live betting rules) stipulate and I quote

"Tennis
In case of a retirement and walk over of any player all undecided bets are considered void."

 Their response in subsequent e-mails was simply giving me the run around telling me they have informed their sportsbook of the enquery.

 It has been nearly 6 hours since the misgrade and 5 hours since they've been notified and made aware of this misgrade and they still have yet to resolve this issue.

 I believe this is a deliberate act on their part to scam people who may be unsuspecting of the rules on the website as pre-live bet retirements will be graded however all live bets will not be. But I suspect most bettors don't even look at the rules, even so I've read enough credible complaints about CloudBet trying to scam people that I believe this company may be wholly corrupt and is a scam organization that skims money off unsuspecting gamblers to make extra profits.

I strongly urge everybody to report any misgrades, withdrawl issues and any attempts by them to not let you post a bet. I have tried to make several live bets that they took my money out of my account for and then when I refresh 20 seconds later the money is back in my account and no bet slip was ever given. Their live betting is extremely unreliable and very questionable.

But checking the rollover, for sports betting, it will be almost impossible to manage to do that.
