@Jgod I've been informed that your payment has been processed, but I want you to know i'm still pushing for a reason that the withdrawal was delayed for that long. I'm here to represent the community as much as Cloudbet and I want to ensure this we avoid these problems in the future.

So what about my problem? I provided all documents 27 June Account still locked. I contacted support by email about 7 times since 27 June and got zero answers I can’t access my account 16 days. What’s happens? Please unblock my account or tell me the reason why you can’t verify it 16 days? I’m waiting for my withdraw 8 days! I’ve never seen this before with any other bookmaker in the world, 8 days ... I dont have words... When you will pay me? It's ok. I'm waiting withdraw since 18 June...

@Jgod I've got a response regarding the reason for the withdrawal delay - apparently when you attempted to withdraw the same amount multiple times (which is understandable given that your first one was slow) you were kicked out of the auto queue and marked for manual checks before withdrawal. This is on us, and obviously something we are going to fix right away to ensure that other players aren't left in the same position.

i waited 2 hours before attempted a second withdraw with the remaining balance ,did this from a pc as someone had mentioned to me his mobile withdraws are slower(weird,but i was jus tryin stuff) then i cancelled the second withdraw. even if it was manual queue, im sure u would agree the time it took was unacceptable, especially after talking to u

@schlandoschland Apologies I sent you a PM but forgot to reply on here - everything should now be resolved, we've processed the withdrawal of both the mistakenly deposited BCT and the BCH you were granted from our bitcoin fork celebration earlier in the year. I'm really sorry your initial response from support was lacking and this is being investigated as a separate issue to ensure that our players all receive the care and attention that they deserve.
@Jgod With a 2 hour wait it's completely understandable to try again, it's our fault the problem arose and our dev teams are making changes to ensure that the situation won't be repeated.
@Defran and @Ivotrumpet88 I'm really sorry for the delay, I was told that your payments would be processed already so I'm also not happy that you have been kept waiting. I'll message our head of support now and ask for an explanation and a timeframe for your withdrawals, I'll respond to you directly asap with an update.

If you are bored and looking for something to do there are plenty of unanswered questions in your thread that need a response Why do your customers have to find the bitcointalk forum to possibly get their issues solved? I'm part of the community team, so I respond to players that approach us via forums or social media. Our support teams respond to huge amounts of queries a day via live chat and emails, but you obviously won't see them discussed on here as it's all done privately through direct messaging. Why is your customer service not able to solve direct requests as it is usual? In most cases they can. The issues we dealt with recently on this thread were quite unusual, and in each case I have worked with support to resolve the problem and find a cause for the delays and offered an explanation to the players involved. This is something I will continue to push for as a representative of both the players and Cloudbet. What if one of your victims is not able to the find the bitcointalk thread? Players in need of assistance should always go directly to our support teams via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@cloudbet.com (both of which are clearly visible and available at Cloudbet.com). While I'm very active on Twitter and various forums during the working day we don't have round-the-clock community coverage, so we'd always recommend contacting support first.
