If you're serious about anything you stand for, you should stop acting like you're better than other users on the forums, while all you do is spam your own website, and promote your questionable services at the expense of other people's misfortunes. This is the first time I've seen this thread pickup so much, with several accusations to actually start to touch at cloudbet's reputation. I'm sure that if this keeps up, Cloudbet will have to rethink their KYC procedures and selective bet-cancelling, hopefully refunding the users who got into trouble in the process. Lol, what an idiot

I can’t wait to see Ronnie’s response on this. Lol. In other words the country of Russia doesn’t allow cloudbet to be accessed so cloudbet tells people in Russia to use vpn so they can bet? HAHA
In other words cloudbet knows Russian citizens are using VPN and have been taking bets from them? This gets funnier by the minute.
.
I don't know Cloudbet's position on this issue. But I know that many players from Russia play via VPN in cloudbet and they have no problems. In Russia, blocked all betting sites except sites licensed in Russia. More recently, cloudbet did not require anything about vpn maybe the policy has changed ? My guess is that they don't filter IPs in database for specific country but they have right to ask reason behind using VPN. Asking KYC from customers is enough to solve this issues imho. Out of curiosity, if management have no strict rules against VPN then how they fight against promotion abusers.. They do. A US ip gets this as of today. The whole point is they don’t care where you are if you lose. But all of the sudden care where you are if you win. Lol https://m.imgur.com/ujUI9obSad reality, man I also tried to create account with US ip using VPN and result is same for me. KYC is there for a reason but it shouldn't be about unfair decisions based on principles which are unfairly applied in different ways to different people. Maybe creating DEX gambling sites will solve mentioned problems but these cases are still actual on gambling industry.

The KYC should be completed before the user is allowed to deposit. A easy way would be for cloudbet to implement functionality that locks the bitcoin or bitcoin cash deposit address until KYC is completed.
Otherwise anytime someone wins big cloudbet could simply claim the player is playing from a restricted territory on vpn. See registration at uobet.com - people don't like to fill some personal info (even no KYC!) on sign up. KYC before deposit (and after...) not very consistent with the concept of bitcoin casino.

No need to ignore the laziness of gamblers who don't want to read terms&conditions before depositing money to gambling site. Honestly applying limit for mandatory KYC looks like more suitable for this case. Market makers know the psychology of gamblers except professionals and they act on their own discretion about big amounts.

Also what is interesting is that their server has an USA IP lol and they restrict players from USA to register and play? seems logic That is the cloudflare server. The headline is cool! "The easiest way to get scammed with bitcoin" Yes, it's Cloudflare server (which they use to hide their original IP), but it doesn't matter, it shouldn't be located in USA. But maybe it's a good thing (for players) cause then Cloudbet can be under USA jurisdiction, and we all know how strict Americans are about gambling. Also - DID CLOUDBET PAY JAMES HARDEN FROM HOUSTON ROCKETS FOR IMAGE RIGHTS? I hardly believe so - and I also believe that he would be very angry if he knew his pictures are used to promote online gambling Another lawsuit in sight?

If they don't want to do KYC on everyone, putting a bet limit on every player that haven't done KYC would be a good addition to prevent big wins from getting confiscated. They have to put more layers if not other users will eventually experience the exact problem like what your friend had.

Well, they haven't got back to me for 24 hours. In the past the response has been within an hour. I guess they wanted my money. Well, they have it now.

Try sending a DM through their twitter they seem to be more active over there having 7 posts in the last 24 hours. Ronnie was active few days ago but stopped responding to complaints after ginalli started a scam accusation against them. Just want to update that cloudbet processed my withdrawal today . I remain a cloudbet fan but i dislike the fact that they changed the withdraw policy and its taking longer than usual
Maybe they did a security check on your account. How long was the usual waiting time for you ?

Evening all,
Apologies for the lack of responses, I’ve been at a conference this week.
I’ve finally have some good news to share on one of the ongoing issues being discussed. I’ve posted our response on AskGamblers but also wanted to share here:
Cloudbet Casino - Problem withdrawing 38 BTC
Antonioo - We have concluded our investigation, and based on new information from our gaming provider, have made a decision to reopen your account. Your withdrawal requests have now been processed.
I can understand your frustration with the delay, but with this type of investigation its necessary to be diligent to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our players.
We have disabled the games that allowed these exploits until further notice.
Muxen5 & Abright135 + Others - I’ve noticed a few reports from players in France, Holland, and Australia claiming that they are somehow blocked from our site. This was definitely not intended, and our teams have now solved the issue to allow access again. Apologies for the downtime, and thanks for your patience while this was resolved.
I’m aware that there are some other issues being discussed here, and I’ll respond to them as soon as possible when I receive updates from our teams.
Finally, I’d just like to reassure people speculating about our ability to pay out - we are still processing withdrawals as usual and our bankroll is as high as it’s ever been. We simply have to ensure that we follow our set processes and investigate thoroughly when accounts are flagged, otherwise we are inviting every dishonest player online to come and try their luck.
Thanks, and have a great day!
Ronnie @ Cloudbet

So in other words you changed your mind about him cheating because of the rabble-rousing and negative PR? I wonder what would have happened if he had simply accepted your previous findings. You would have kept the loot or?

Let it go man. They paid the guy at least. Hopefully they come through for the rest of us. Just be happy for the guy who got paid. You're missing the point here. If the ginalli fella had crossed arms like you're suggesting, would he have been paid?

Hey Ronnie what about James Harden and NBA logo on your website. You think they will be happy when they find out some scammers are using their images to promote betting? I guess we will find out soon.

Maybe you should mind your own business.
and there I was minding my business until you quoted me. Knowing this thread picked up a ton of steam from my original post and helped at least 1 player get paid is nice to know.
You don't say.
