Evening all,

Apologies for the lack of responses, I’ve been at a conference this week.

I’ve finally have some good news to share on one of the ongoing issues being discussed. I’ve posted our response on AskGamblers but also wanted to share here:

Cloudbet Casino - Problem withdrawing 38 BTC

Antonioo - We have concluded our investigation, and based on new information from our gaming provider, have made a decision to reopen your account. Your withdrawal requests have now been processed.

I can understand your frustration with the delay, but with this type of investigation its necessary to be diligent to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our players.

We have disabled the games that allowed these exploits until further notice.

Muxen5 & Abright135 + Others - I’ve noticed a few reports from players in France, Holland, and Australia claiming that they are somehow blocked from our site. This was definitely not intended, and our teams have now solved the issue to allow access again. Apologies for the downtime, and thanks for your patience while this was resolved.

I’m aware that there are some other issues being discussed here, and I’ll respond to them as soon as possible when I receive updates from our teams.

Finally, I’d just like to reassure people speculating about our ability to pay out - we are still processing withdrawals as usual and our bankroll is as high as it’s ever been. We simply have to ensure that we follow our set processes and investigate thoroughly when accounts are flagged, otherwise we are inviting every dishonest player online to come and try their luck.

AGD815 - Ginelli/Antonioo's case was solved when we received a report from our providers that we didn't feel proved conclusively the use of third party software, despite our ongoing suspicions about their gameplay.

As a result of the investigation we will also be removing certain functionality within the Live Roulette game in question that was central to the suspicious behaviour. Based on the feedback from Ask Gamblers we will also be raising the bar in terms of the level of proof required from our providers to enforce our rules around suspicious activity.

Swofty - I haven't responded on AG yet as I haven't received any further updates on the investigation. As soon as I get some additional information I'll respond there and here, and our support teams will be in touch directly.

Bazinga442 - There have been several people from different territories contacting us via different channels to claim ownership of the account, with varying degrees of evidence provided. That's about as detailed as I can be without disclosing private information about the account in question unfortunately.

Thank you for responding Ronnie. However, are withdrawals on cloudbet not 2FA enabled, and I am assuming the OP has to confirm any withdrawals/ownership via his registered email address?

Could an impostor possibly circumvent these security measures you've put in place to steal the funds? Are these not enough to prove ownership in addition to all the documents he has sent so far?

Was there any good reason to cancel his superbowl bet and close the account? I am sure you understand why the OP is stressed.

Pay the OP his money, this does not reflect well on you at all. If there are liquidity issues, you can resolve/negotiate this with him privately, instead of dragging out what many consider a bogus investigation further, and making him feel like he's done something wrong.

Fraudbet has a security program / software tracking all the devices and IP addresses used, therefore it is not possible that a foreign third person could claim ownership of a certain account.

As long as players lose, the info from the security program will not be used and everything is fine. But if a player wins, the information from the security program suddenly is very important and KYC has to be enforced! Cheesy

You are pretty much describing every online casino in existance. Show me one casino which bans a player who resides in a country like USA or uses VPN to avoid these bans instantly.

All do the same thing. This KYC crap is just being used as a weapon against the players. Nobody gives a crap about where you live or where you got the funds from. All that matters is the profit for the casino.

It doesn't sound like it was:

<< January 28th >> - Contacted Molly on the chat at Cloudbet.com. I told her that I contacted Casino marketing guy and Andy told me that reports are ready! Molly’s reply: «The investigation was conducted by the game provider, where an in-depth analysis was conducted. The email from Andy is our final decision on the matter, as such, I have no further information to offer. The balance on the account has been confiscated. It means that your account will stay closed and funds frozen». When I asked, «Frozen means you keep the funds?» The chat joined Steve, and he replied «The funds on the account, as they were accumulated again our terms have been removed from the account. As such, your account has a 0.00 balance and will remain closed. This is our final decision on the matter.»
Player had to open scam accusations against Cloudbet to get his money.


Regarding 330BTC scam accusation, how many people actually have access to account?

You definitely have problem in terms of speech because you somehow lack doing things in a mature way and if you keep on doing this it will always lead you to trouble even when you're right.

Just put game-protect on ignore, your lives will be so much more easy. I've had email conversations with casino operators who have fled this forum due to the systematic bullying and trolling that game-protect engage in.

They add nothing of value to this forum nor any of the topics they participate in. They are delusional and should not be given the attention to continue with their immense shitposting. Trust me on this one Smiley.

Yes I did followed what they needed. They paid me out last time as you can see the photo on AskGamblers. I will post it in here again. They paid me out, then when I withdraw all they hold it and needed the documents, which I gave right away. Now its been a month and 6 days to be exact since that.
