Yea Ronnie... it’s hard enough to get lucky and win as a gambler. Starting to seem like Cloudbet players who win are becoming the real underdog in regards to getting paid by you guys

Please keep in mind that Ronnie is customer services. He can only relay information that has been passed on to him from the owners/devs.

I have always found Ronnie to be a kind, polite and courteous person who deserves the same from users when they post to him.

No matter what game of selective scamming the owners of Cloudbet play, the truth is Ronnie has no say in it at all. He is a nice person so please remain calm and polite towards him, I am sure he has and will continue to relay the information between yourself and the owners of Cloudbet.

As for where this issue goes now is up to you. You approached them to find a solution, they are playing hard to get. What is your next step?

Yes I did followed what they needed. They paid me out last time as you can see the photo on AskGamblers. I will post it in here again. They paid me out, then when I withdraw all they hold it and needed the documents, which I gave right away. Now its been a month and 6 days to be exact since that.

I don't think Ronnie is ignoring the complaints if we look at his post history we can still see him make replies on the thread from time to time. It's just that he can't do much to help since he's not a part of their investigation team to speed up the process of these complaints.

He could post frequently like before but without any update to share it's kind of unecessary to do so.

That has to be a typo cloudbet's minimum bet shouldn't be that high unless they have a table for high rollers. For Lightning roulette the minimum is 0.001 BTC nothing was mentioned for BCH. It's probably the same or close to 0.001 because their slots and sportsbook minimum bet for BCH is also the same for BTC.

What is the minimum bet?
